Contrary to ongoing reports by mainstream media outlets, WMDs have been found in Iraq, so reports New York Times best-selling author Richard Miniter in his new book, Disinformation.
Consider these shocking facts:
Found: 1.77 metric tons of enriched uranium
Found: 1,500 gallons of chemical weapons
Found: Roadside bomb loaded with sarin gas
Found: 1,000 radioactive materials--ideal for radioactive dirty bombs
Found: 17 chemical warheads--some containing cyclosarin, a nerve agent five times more powerful than sarin
This is only a partial list of the deadly weapons Miniter reveals in his new book, Disinformation. Miniter systematically dissects the "No-WMD Myth" (how it started, and why it continues), as well as 21 other War-on-Terror myths perpetuated by the media.
TOPICS: Extended News; Foreign Affairs; News/Current Events; War on Terror
KEYWORDS: gwot; iraq; iraqiwmd; iraqwmd; miniter; saddam; saddamhussein; saddamswmds; terrorism; wmd; wmdmyth; wot

You should tell the administration as well!

I believe that there is a lot of stored us gas in Congress. Just look at them Their cheeks are bulging. Grand jury is needed to see who and what is "behind" it.

That are now being used to torture the detainees at Gitmo. They should play Yoko Ono "singing" as a torture device. ANYONE would talk immediately! Listen here:

I'll bet you can't listen all the way to the end. No one can. No one ever has! It's impossible. Your fingernails will curl up first.

What happened, the cameraman just broke wind?

I don't have earphones and am on my laptop, so should I let this voice permeate in the air, I could do great personal damage and baldness to my 4 pound pet dog who is much more sensitive to such high range out-of-tune screeches.

"Found: 1,500 gallons of chemical weapons"
Considering this article is commenting on a book called 'Disinformation', it's somewhat ironic that they use this as a headline and fail to mention the caveat in the book that this was discovered in 2005 and it was not possible to establish whether the stock pre-dated the war or not.

"Don't forget the 500 tons of yellowcake taken from Al-Tuwaitha."
That was the stuff that we already knew was there that had been documented by the IAEA? Hardly a 'find'.

Wasn`t this whole thing with the UN inspectors about getting Saddass to tell them what he did with all that stuff? I remember liberals and the sewer frogs (French) crying "Let the inspections work...Let the inspections work", but if I remember correctly it wasn`t about seeing if he had any, but what he did with what he had which he would not say. The conclusion then is that they could be anywhere and can be used anywhere and at anytime which liberals and the sewer frogs seem to feel quite safe about because they are insane.

Where is the stuff that Saddam declared but never turned over?
Also known WMD facilities were still being expanded throughout the late 90's and early 2000. I don't write "pre-war" because you know that the Iraq war began in 1991, right?

Holy smoke, and I thought Hillary was bad!

You are correct.
Iraq had also partially declared under it's own trustworthy admission. Stating the had X number WMD when later they stated they had more. But of course that amount was already destroyed. Trust them...

That's a really good book -- I'm reading it now and learning a lot!

Not mentioned in the article were the 500 tons of low-enriched uranium, purchased by Saddam from Niger, that we discovered at Tuwaitha following our invasion, nor did it mention the full set of bomb blueprints, along with critical centrifuge components, that Dr. Mahdi Obeidi was ordered to bury and hide in the garden of his Baghdad home? (The centrifuges were needed to turn the unranium into bomb-grade material.)

Hey... Don't laugh... Mary Mapes has the documents to prove that While the moron, Frat Boy, Drunk, Cocaine abusing George W. Bush was AWOL from the Texas Air National Guard, he orchestrated the transfer of these weapons to Iraq while everyone thought he was AWOL. Karl Rove set the whole deal up, and Scooter Libby leaked the AWOL story to undermine Mary Mapes :-)
Don't forget Halliburton, Karen Hughes and the twins. I'm sure Mapes and Rather could come up with the documents if we would just give them a little more time!

I'm sure Mapes and Rather could come up with the documents if we would just give them a little more time! Well coming up with false documents that are essentially true doesn't really take that long.

Looks like a good book, too. Any particular recollections of Miniter? Studious? Coke-snorting, AWOL, Skull & Bones pal of W's?
I still don't understand how the left can paint the president as the most demonic, calculating, cabal-connected s.o.b. you ever met and then mock him for saying "nucular" and profess that he is so stupid that those antichrists Rove, Cheney and Rumsfeld are running the show. AND THEY DON'T EVEN BAT AN EYELASH DOING IT!!!
Maybe they all took the brown acid....
