Buckhead, USA (me) has asked a question. Let's see if Ms. Mapes answers...
But, we've been over and over Dealey Plaza and cannot find any other bullets.
THERE WAS A SHOOTER ON THE GRASSY KNOLL.
But, we have audiotapes and there are only four shots on it.
THERE WAS A SHOOTER ON THE GRASSY KNOLL.
But, we have autopsy findings showing the shots came from behind, a shooter from behind, a gun from behind, and cartridges from behind . . .
THERE WAS A SHOOTER ON . . . .
Ms. Mapes, you really do need to SHUT UP.
She's gone...
This nit wit's timing could not be better. It will remind people that they have fallen for lots and lots of ratmedia and evil donkey lies.
Many military documents from the time period would have proportional spacing. None of those documents would be "personal" memos to a file. Her argument is a fallacy.
Someone should have asked her which of the following are torture vs. fraternity prank:
1) Panties on head
2) Decapitation
3) Naked human pyramid
Mary Mapes: I did not inform anyone in the democratic party of their existence. Their rumored existence was one of the worst kept secrets in Texas in the summer of 2004. I passed on Bill Burkett's phone number to a press person at Burkett's request because he wanted to give the Kerry team advice about the Swift Boat attacks. I asked for permission before I did it, but I should not have made the call, permission or no. Still, it is pretty mild compared to the regular exchange of information that goes on in Washington, at least according to the Fitzgerald investigation.
Mary Mapes: Dan Rather and I did an interview with Hillary Clinton shortly after the impeachment that had her press person so unhappy she attempted to cut off the interview. We covered the question of whether Clinton had botched a terrorist rendition during his term in office. And for years on the Evening News, when Clinton was president I covered all kinds of questions about whether or not government response was adequate in everything from the Oklahoma City bombing to prison policies. I have done my job as a reporter
More fakes to validate the original fakes? SHOW US ONE TYPEWRITER AVAILABLE TO THE TEXAS AIR NATIONAL GUARD IN 1972 THAT HAD PROPORTIONAL SPACING! YOU CAN'T! STFU.
I just waiting for these dummy to create a proper fake using a correct vintage typewriter for the TANG 68/70 time frame and then present it as there final proof... sooner or later they will...the problem being look how far they have gotten with these terribly bad amateur forgeries...what happen went they do a better forge job and are so obvious?
Grinnell, Iowa: Lt. Col. Killian's secretary said that while she thought the documents were fake, the information contained in them reflected the truth. Why wasn't more attention to her acknowledgement of the truth of the content.
Mary Mapes: I don't know. I thought Marian carr Knox's testimony as to the truth of the content was very significant. Thanks for noticing.
Was the thread more supportive or negative of her from what you saw?
All Ms Mapes has to do is call Bill Burkett and have him get hold of the person who knows the person who knows the person who knows the person who has the original document...and get the original....and....ta da....problem solved....
Let me ask you this: Could a campaign that was brazen enough and skillful enough to pass forged documents off to CBS and get Dan Rather to report them, also be brazen enough and skillful enough to get a self-promoting former U.S. ambassador to lie about what he did for the CIA and about who knew about his wife's job there, and get the Washington Post and the New York Times to buy his story?
Washington, D.C.: When you were a "journalist" with CBS, you and Dan Rather claimed that you were pursuing a story and had no personal axe to grind with President Bush, in response to critics that said you were merely a stereotypical liberal activist masquerading as a journalist. But it seems pretty clear from your book that you do, in fact, loath Republicans in general and conservatives in particular. Weren't the critics right?
Mary Mapes: My mother was a lifelong Republican who died while planning to vote for George W. Bush. I would give the world to have had a chance to drive her to the polls. I have chosen to live in Texas, a deep red state for the past 15 years. I have friends and family members who are coservatives. I haev voted for Republicans and Democrats. I am an American who likes talking politics and people of all political stripes. I don;t know what you're talking about or what you're so mad about.
If she had been a man O'Reilly would have torn her apart. He seems pretty chivalrous in his approach toward women.

Obvoiusly, the MSM and the RATs still think they can get away with any dirty trick they can dream up. That's why they hate the "new media" so much, it keeps catching them.
