As to his not being French, au contraire. He represents the possibility of immigrant assimilation into French culture and society. His existence and success show up the Muslim failures to integrate.

I meant that he was not an example of the typical French political leader in that his roots are only first generation. Agreed that first generation French born Sarkozy has integrated into French political life unlike Muslims who have been there for several generations.

It points to the fuindamental truth: Muslims cannot integrate into predominantly Judaeo Christian nations. They are always to be viewed as potential fifth columnists.

Unfortunately, the leftist subversion of democracy began decades upon decades ago and too many conservatives slept through the silent war against America that crept through our society like an insidious disease.

The liberals and socialists in this country would have preferred that we stayed asleep, but we are wide-awake now and they don't like it one bit. It is not conservatives who are guilty of causing division in this country. The socialists knew long ago that they had to divide and separate Americans to realize their goals. They knew they had to separate children from their parents' influence; they knew they had to mount an assault on religion; they knew they had to create new sexual "norms."

For the first time in a long time, conservatives are standing up and fighting back, for we have seen what liberalism and socialism has done to this country. I just hope it's not too late to repair the damage.
