How many seats did we lose in the State Assembly?

I see we are down one in the 36th, Paul Digataneo's open seat went to the rats

"Tom Kean, Jr. will vote the party line on Federal judges and organizing the Senate."

He's going to vote to eliminate the filibuster? Right along with Olympia Snowe and John McCain?

I'll believe it when I see it.

Anyway to find out how many were from Absentee Ballots?

And will those ballots be compared to the dead list that was requested?

Thank you for the ping...I didn't get a chance to see the news but heard about the pervert winning..we all know that N.J.needs a change but it will never happen as long as there is a democrat with the name of the walking dead..

My husband is from Ocean County and I think most there vote conservative..I have not been there for a long time.Ever since we sold the family business after my husbands mother died...I did however vote in that state when we were over in Europe for four years. And did vote conservative..

We're about to find out what it's like to be ruled by a Louisiana type government.

If we thought McGreevy was bad, we're in for a rude awakening.

NJ is the home of the sopranos. They live and rule this state and always will.

NJ turned blue, just barely, when they helped elect slick willie for president. 19% voted for Perot in that election.

unofficial election results

Follow the money. (Look at Essex.)

NOTE:

  1. Newark, the 'drag and drop' capital of NJ, is in Essex County
  2. Corzine "walking around money" is virtually unlimited (source: Chris Matthews)

Hmmm... that would be an interesting race to follow. I'm a Red Sox fan, but (Yankee) Al Leiter sure seems like one of the "good guys" to me.

I think of him more as a Met, myself.

Win or lose, the leftists had to spend 250 million and that is 250 million less they will have in 2006.

Yeah, but that's tip money for people like Soros and Lewis. The 'Rats won't be hurting for money in '06 and afterward just because they spent a little loose change obliterating Forrester in NJ (again). For the 'Rats, that's just the cost of doing business for them to maintain their stranglehold on the Northeast.

Hey, everyone here looking for a "silver lining" on being clobbered, think of this: at least Forrester is getting polished on writing those concession speeches. Must've gone to the Harold Stassen School of politics for that.

Olympia Snowe has already indicated she will not support a filibuster of Sam Alito.
