Tomorrow is the launch of a TV ad campaign where the Iraqi Kurds say "Thank You" to America for liberating them from the oppressive regime of Saddam Hussein. Please watch the ads and post your thoughts.
"Thank You America" is the first of 3 ads that will run in the United States (beginning on Fox News Channel) and then thanking British and American troops in Europe and the Middle East.
try and get the rejection via e-mail\fax\printed form...that is good as gold...a recorded message also works..
Getting CNN on record to say they won't run your ads compared to the ones they've been running is all the publicity you'll be able to handle....
I don't know all the answers to your questions, but I do know this group of people (the Kurds) were expressly hated by Saddam. He used poison gas on them and killed thousands of them in one day.

Ever since the election, the purple fingers, and the Constitution, I've had this idea to donate a replica of the Liberty Bell to the Free Citizens of Iraq.
I even went so far as to learn that a new one can be cast in the very same foundry our Liberty Bell came from, for $10,000.
I'll put up the first $1000.
I think that is the main point. Here you have a part of Iraq that is free, peaceful and prosperous. Yet, how many times have you heard about it on the MSM?
If you listen to the liberal media, you would think Iraq is a total disaster area. Obviously, that is the biased media at work.
Kurdistan is further proof that free markets and democracy can be the future of the Middle East if the Kurdish example is followed. In other words, Bush was right!
Great ads! However, running them on Fox News is sort of like preaching to the choir--hopefully these ads will be shown on CNN, CNN International, & the NBC/CBS/ABC triumvirate.
We can all send it to CNN as a news tip: CNN refuses to air Thank you America Ad from Iraqi's. That'll get them.
We will be watching for these Thank America ads from the Kurds. Is anyone surprised that CNN has rejected them already? Hope someone can post a copy of that rejection letter.
Good luck in your endeavors. This something that needs to be done. Good to see the Newsweek article.
Can we sue the media for criminal abuse of the First Amendment? Can we impeach them for lying about the WOT in an attempt to have our troops withdrawn?
Zero.
CNN is dead to me. They covered Cindy Sheehan like white on rice. They ran that anti-justice Roberts ad, but they won't show these? "F" CNN, I'm erasing them from my TV memory.
look later
Thanks for the ping. Really good; I will wait and see if one airs during the ad breaks for the Today Show.
BTTT
I got that same error message when I tried to download the "very large" script. I have broadband cable, so I thought that might be the correct one to use. The "Medium" one worked fine for me, while I was using Internet Explorer.
I also use a Firefox Mozilla browser... only the "Small" (56K dialup) script ran for me using Mozilla for some reason. The Medium kept buffering.
Wonder why I haven't heard this from the LSM? {/sarc
I will ping my lists here...
No problem
They're even more interested in counting the number of dead bodies of our military......allegedly because we're not wanted there by the Iraqi citizenry.
