THE ECONOMY IS GOOD, REALLY. Despite the Has-Been Media's best efforts to create doom and gloom, the economy really is doing quite well. So why isn't the President getting any credit? Actor, author and thinker Ben Stein explains.

YOUR WEEKLY PREVIEW. Everyone in Washington seems affected by Potomac fever. What new excitement will our government cook up? Tony and internet doyenne, Lucianne Goldberg, preview the week's top stories.

DIDDY'S DEEDS. Did Diddy violate election laws during the 2004 campaign? The FEC has been asked to investigate his political group, Citizen Change. Should celebrities just get out of politics?

"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!

The Afghanistan piece had a few things I didn't like (making it look as if our guys are too 'bogged down' in Iraq to get help to those in Afghanistan), but it did show that our Oklahoma Guard members are working with the locals to clean house on the jihadis.

I agree.

Parents rights get trampled on more and more and I only relinquish my rights as a parent over my dead body or when my kids are old enough to make their own decisions.

Which I have one that will be 18 in January.

I believe sometime during the night on Midnight Trucking Radio they talked about the price of gas and I think that in some town in Iowa gas is 1.98 or 1.99.

In the 9th circuit case, the parents had been given a chance for their children to opt out, BUT the obnoxious questions were ADDED afterwards. Sneaky.

The consent letter did not provide any list of questions.
