"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!

The Afghanistan piece had a few things I didn't like (making it look as if our guys are too 'bogged down' in Iraq to get help to those in Afghanistan), but it did show that our Oklahoma Guard members are working with the locals to clean house on the jihadis.

I believe sometime during the night on Midnight Trucking Radio they talked about the price of gas and I think that in some town in Iowa gas is 1.98 or 1.99.
