Sounds like it is time for a REAL investigation into the CIA's activity's. Right along with this reporter and whomever gave her this information.

This is nothing short of treason.

Agreed. It sounds to me that this might be some backlash against President Bush's appointment of Porter Goss. I hope that Goss roots out whoever's been working against the official policy of the US Government (which would be the policy if the legally elected President), as opposed to the way certain people in the agency believe the policy should be!

And then, move on to Foggy Bottom and clean house there! Does anyone else remember the quote about how President Bush had "hijacked" US foreign policy? Foreign policy IS the Presidents! How can he hijack it? Besides, for as long as I can remember, and even before (through books I've read, since I'm only 43) the US Department of State seems to have completely lost it's way. It was supposed to be a department that represented the will and interests of the US to the rest of the world. However, especially since the 1930s and 1940s, it's represented forein interests to the US. And of course, sone of those foreign interests have been communist. But even without that, they've been more supportive of foreign interests than US interests. And in some cases, they've just been down-right anti-American!

If nothing else, the Bush Presidency should be an example for any future presidents... As soon as you take office, clean out the leadership at CIA and State! Otherwise, you might find that they're actively working against the interests of the US.

Mark

"What do you think Peter Goss is doing at the CIA."

Well if he's doing such a great job, why the leaks?

He should have cleaned house when he took over, so what's taking so long?

"You don't have a clue what is going on behind the scenes and you shouldn't! None of us should because we don't have a need to know."

We don't have a 'need to know' what the government is doing in OUR NAME?

Not only do we have a 'need to know', we have the RIGHT to know.

I'll just ignore the 'hillary' comment because it's not worthy of a response.

Well Clinton did it, and Bush should have done the same thing.

He ran on the 'uniter not divider' ticket which was a big mistake to begin with.

It's still not to late to 'clean house', but I don't think he will.

Mainstream Media=Aid me, Rim me Satan.
=I made Sir Meat Man
=Inmate rams,,,,in rams meat
Then I can at least laugh for a while whenever I think of the offending subject!

It seems that these organizations' virulent hate of Bush is inspired by his willingness to bring religion and morality back into politics. I am reminded of a scene from "The Crow" and after researching, find that it is a quote from Paradise Lost that now appears in my tagline...

"It seems that these organizations' virulent hate of Bush is inspired by his willingness to bring religion and morality back into politics."

Yep! And that's been the problem all along.

It's not so much that Bush is a 'republican' but that he's a 'christian republican' and doesn't hide it.

If he where more like McCain, then the Dems would love him.

Calling ALBERTO GONZALES and WILLIAM MUELLER!

Investigation, please into the leak of this classified information by "current intelligence officials" of the U.S. government.

This is your job. Now get on with it.

The first subpoena should go to one DANA PRIEST of the Washington Post.

We already know what terrorist prisoners want.....they want to kill their guards and then kill us. We should be screaming the name Louis Pepe at these leftists.

Louis is the NY prison guard who was held down by two of the terrorists who plunged a sharp pencil through his eye into his brain. He is blind and brain damaged because of this. Sen Schuemer helped Louis get some compensation and a van.....so he is well aware of what happened. These terrorists are in prison for the 1993 WTC bombing.

If the media is going to trash the Bush Administration for giving out "covert" information - which incidentally wasn't covert - then I see no reason not to trash the Washington Post for doing same.

The media needs to be smacked.
...........
At the very least, the Post reporters should be banned from any White House, Pentagon or State Department briefings. Also, they should be removed from any and all locations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

This is no surprise that the MSN would do this.

The propaganda arm of those against us in this war against America know full well that the Main Stream Media in this country are willing and diligent accomplices as well as total useful idiots for their cause.

Those terrorists should have been executed.

I agree. Can you imagine this kind of story during WWII? Me neither.

.................
As the WTC burned, it happened that one of the terrorists from the original bombing was being flown to prison. The SOB looked out and gloated that they "got it this time". My fairytale ending would have been to throw his sorry stinking a$$ out the door so he could join his comrades and their virgins. I don't know how our guys restrained themselves from taking this opportunity. Must be their innate goodness and strength of character. Something the Wash Post lacks.

At times like this, I would find it appropriate for the Justice Department to bring charges against the Post and close it down. Who needs enemies with 'friends' like the Post.

I see nothing wrong with the disclosure of these sensible prisons.

Then you're an idiot.

pop, I followed the WTC 1993 trial .....the Al Queda terrorists are alive and well.

I don't know how to post articles.....but if you want to know about those terrorist's sentences, just do a search for Louis Pepe and you'll see the follow up article of Senator Schumer getting him some compensation.
