Per our phone call last night, if Steffen decides to sue for damages, FreeRepublic can, if it chooses, piggyback on that case. You should keep in touch with Steffen, and keep JimRob informed on this.

The WaPo story about Steffen certainly wiped O'Malley's stupid words away. I do not believe in coincidences.
