Pizza Bomber Case to be solved?
Fox News Channel | 10/4/05 | Rb

Posted on 11/04/2005 5:54:10 AM PST by Rebelbase

Remember the bank robbery/pizza deliveryman with a bomb collar that exploded a couple of years ago.

The story went off the radar completely. Just now on Fox News, John Walsh says he thinks he's got it solved.

recap: Basically a thrill killing by a robotics teacher who died recently whose girlfriend's ex-husbands body was found in his house.--Weird stuff.

Anyone else just see this?

I'd sure like to hear more. Here in Japan, I can't see ASW or Fox... so if some friendly Freeper would like to keep me informed, I'd be in your debt.

Thanks.

I guess I'll have to watch the show to understand.

Weird stuff, indeed!

AMW covered this story a few weeks back. It was pretty intense. The poor mans family was beyond horrified and could not believe this could happen to such an innocent simple man.

I hope for their sake it is solved.

Several months ago, Geraldo Rivera did a special report on the case. He indicated much of the same info about the guy who had the body in the freezer and that guy's girl friend.

The one in prison (this report) and love letter is new info.

Walsh seemed to conclude that this was more a 'thrill killing'; that the perps were not so interested robbery as in killing someone (pizza guy just wrong time, wrong place victim) and seeing if they could get away with it.

It hasn't fallen off the radar. There have been updates constantly. Court TV did a big special on it as did Geraldo just recently. It's been figured out for a long time. Getting evidence has been the problem.

I watched Geraldo Rivera's special on this case. It was Bizzare and compelling. The whole case was a great deal more complicated than ever got out on the news.

I have a vague recollection of that.

The whole thing is just such a bizarre story.
