Hello ladies!! I'm baaaack...
Spent a week in Charlotte at 2 conferences. Nice town but apparently living in temperate Seattle, I've become unused to air conditioning and caught a cold. I haven't had a cold in the 4.5 years I've been in Seattle now I go away for a week and I come home feeling like a cranky 2 year old. I'm sure everyone on the plane loved my sneezing and hacking across the country.
How y'all are? I missed ya.
I don't remember seeing any pictures of Clinton saluting, either, but then I usually avoid pictures of him like the plague, and when he comes on my TV, I'm quick-draw on the remote to change the channel!
I think as CIC, whether they've served or not, they are allowed to salute, but I don't really know.

I'm pretty sure I've seen pictures of him emulating a salute, but maybe it's just a rude fabrication of my imagination. My description of it would be inappropriate material for this, the finest thread on the Planet.

My ex-SIL was on the homecoming court at our high school. There were lots of public appearances, that sort of thing is big in small towns like ours, and she told me she used a thin coating of Vaseline on her teeth to keep her smiling! Ick!

The pictures tonight are just beautiful! The president and first lady never cease to amaze me at how good looking they are and how much they show their love for each other!
Just went through the ruptured pipes problem here too.....Took me two days but I replaced all of the pipes in the cabin bathroom by myself....WOO HOO....

Panama.. lived there for 2 years. MELTED there. Heat /humidity. will be interesting to see pix when POTUS visits. they look nice & fresh in Argentina which is now much cooler & breezier. Nice to see Condi along.
