I wonder if Nostradamus saw this coming?

Century I Q 18:
Because of French discord and negligence
an opening shall be given to the Mohammedans.
The land and sea of Siena will be soaked in blood,
and the port of Marseilles covered with ships and sails.

Much of Europe has forgotten or ignored their history between 700 and 1300.

Their ancestors faced a similar invasive situation, and it took them 600 years to 'correct' the situation.

[North America will face a similar dilemma during this century.]

"and the port of Marseilles covered with ships and sails"

nostradamus correctly sees that war ships will have sails in the 21st century.

France is the target for radical Islam because its possible. First they have a large fifth column in place, they have a large and nearly unguarded border and like the rest of the West the modern taboos of liberalism will prevent action when it is needed. Islam will have its nuclear armed base in the heart of Europe even faster than Tony Blankely imagined.
