Reid sounds like a disjointed elderly man. He seems to lack focus and seems to have to check every word on the issue he is trying to talk about. This is the opposite of impressive to me. He looks feeble.
Pray he talks all day, it's going to greatly benefit Republicans.

How can this stunt hurt the Republicans if they control the Senate? Even the RINO's won't go along with impeachment, etc., right?

A lot worse things could befall the Republic than closing down the senate every day...mayber the House dems will get the idea and do likewise. One can hope.

Isn't there something very wrong about a Senate Minority Leader (in wartime) accusing the C-i-C of lying to the troops?

Much ado about nothing.
If you believe that Bush wouldn't win an election AGAIN, if he could run, then stop drinking the media kool aid for awhile, okay? Tanking. LOL!

CNN Bob Franken said the democrats have succeeded in grabbing the headlines away from the President's statement on Avian vaccine.LOL. I find that hilarious.

Lott said, Reid's move violated the Senate's tradition of courtesy and consent. If this accomplishes nothing else, hopefully it will kill forever the pernicious myth of Senate "comity", which basically means Republicans should be nice to Democrats when the Democrats lose.
Let's have an open war, and crush the minority.

Judge in Delay Case recused On a side note, that's a good thing.
To: pabianice
...(Reid continues his hysteria)... America deserves better than this... deserves to know why the Bush administration brought this country to war... (Reid is clearly filibustering, tieing-up the Senate so they can't do anything)...why has this admin failed to provide Congress with documents (that would show you lied)... despite the chairman of the intel committee's promise to release docuements, he has still done nothing...we need a THOROUGH INVESTIGATION...(Reid looks and sounds pathetic)...
To: maggief
What do the 'rats gain by this stunt? More media coverage than normal.
