Can someone post a screencap of the local news showing this guy Iyad Abu El Hawa, 35 doing his perp walk. Eerily similar to one Khalid Mohammed the way he looked. And no one is pumping this story. Do a search on google for fake flu exxon or fake flu houston or flu shot fake houston and you get a couple stories with nothing much reported other than perp arrested.

It's like ho hum, large portion of employees at the largest Oil Refinery in NA given fake flu vaccination. There's no way ample time has passed to know with any degree of certainty what pathogens or other substance were present in the solution for these Authorities to be declaring it nothing more than "purified water". This is big news being hushed up for some peculiar reason. For instance nowhere can I find that picture of this guy to post. Not a nice fellow.

Where is FR on this important story. Are we too concerned about scaring people from getting their flu shot to adequately cover this thing.

Everyone needs to see this guys perp walk that's been running on local Houston news!!!

You want to see some ACTION on this? Start up a class action lawsuit against ExxonMobil for medical malpractice.

John Edwards will be moving to Texas to chase after THAT ambulance.

This is a similar plot to Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six when a bunch of environmental extremists involved with the world's largest biotech company invented a slow version of Ebola and was ready to inoculate much of the world in order to bring the earth back to its mostly pre-human origins.

Amazingly, Clancy again previews potential history!!

This is outrageous! There could have been ~anything~ in those shots... prayers for those people... and for some way of better oversight on vaccinations...

This was just reported on WBZ radio, Boston, by a CBS reporterette.

The perp is only charged with Medicaid fraud regarding the 14 nursing home patients. NO charges yet for the 1,000+ fake Exxon flu shots!

Isn't it the doctor that should have law suits thrown at him? Doctors have malpractice insurance. It might not apply since he intentionally perpetrated a crime in this instance on a large scale.

He should lose his license and be exiled from the United States. MO

Iyad Abu El Hawa, 35, is accused of attempting to defraud Medicare by giving fake flu vaccines

Heard about this on the news a little while ago. 1600 or so shots. I couldn't help but notice the "innocuous" name of the perp.

This I found and posted on the Threat Matrix thread, last night.

I was looking for the fake flu shots given by a muslim man about the same time (2003) in California, Nevada and Washington state.

He also had a 'school for the medicine arts' or something close to that.

Man gave unlicensed flu shots, state says
- Registered counselor was charging $45
for each shot

2003-12-17
by Jeff Switzer
Journal Reporter

BELLEVUE -- A man with no medical license who gave $45 flu shots
here is under
investigation by the state Department of Health and the Bellevue
Police Department,
officials said Tuesday.

Officials and at least one parent are wondering if the shots actually
contained vaccine.

Shahid Sheikh gave flu shots in an office space at 1611 116th Ave.
N.E., but on
Tuesday the doors were locked and phone disconnected.

``He's not licensed as a doctor, nurse or medical assistant,'' state
Department of
Health spokesman Donn Moyer said. ``This person is a registered
counselor and that
category of provider has no authority to give injections.''

Moyer said the department has opened an investigation into Sheikh, a
registered
counselor since June, and asking questions of Dr. Clarence Niles, a
registered doctor
and surgeon since 1984 who might be affiliated with Sheikh.

Neither Sheikh nor Niles could be reached for comment Tuesday.

Moyer said the state is also investigating whether Sheikh
misrepresented the vaccine.

``If a person doesn't have a license, it calls everything about that
service into
question,'' Moyer said.

The state asked local police to seize the vaccine or stop the injections.

Some of Sheikh's clients were referred by other doctors. A Woodinville
pediatrician
referred Lori Miller of Redmond to Sheikh for her daughter, Ashleigh,
age 12.

Miller said she became suspicious speaking to Sheikh on the phone
before Ashleigh's
Friday appointment. She was told to have $45 in cash, to knock on a
door and wait in a
conference room. The appointment went well, though.

``He seemed like a nice guy, and did a good job with Ashleigh,'' Miller
said. The family
saw a TV report about Sheikh and got nervous.

``My concern is she has not been immunized for the flu.

From the Oct 31 Houston Chronicle article,http://www.chron.com/cs/CDA/ssistory.mpl/front/3428312

Lammons testified that El Hawa said he bought the flu shots from two men named Larry and Robert in September and agreed to purchase 5,000 flu vaccines for $50,000.

You can't make this stuff up!
