I tried to be a good guy and retype the title so it wouldn't be all CAPS as it is on the NRO site and look at the gratitude I get.

But I think "bigorously" could be a word. It's even bigger and more aggresive than 'vigorously'.

Who is this lawyer Joseph Tate? Is he a criminal defense attorney or the one he had that was versed in intellectual property rights?

"We will defend vigorously -- but not too vigorously, or maybe just moderately -- against these charges."

Joseph A. Tate is a partner in the antitrust/competition and white collar litigation groups. He is a former chair of the Criminal Procedure Committee of the American Bar Association's Antitrust Section.
