IT'S AN OLIGARCHY, STUPID!

IT'S AN OLIGARCHY, FER SHURE

How would one define an 'oligarchy'? It is rule by a priviledged class... one class that is above the law, one class that is persecuted by the law... one class that can not be touched by the law, one class that can not escape prosecution by the law.

Why do I write: IT'S AN OLIGARCHY, STUPID!?

Because, for example, the Clinton's were both proved to have broken the law, yet neither were prosecuted and tried. Darling Billy was fined by a federal judge for perjury and obstruction of justice... but the prosecutor chose not to pursue the matter by trial. His lovely wife Medusa was found by prosecutor David Ray to have violated the law, and he said, ''The overwhelming evidence establishes that she played a role in the decision to fire the [travel office] employees and provided input into that decision. Thus, her statement to the contrary under oath was factually false.'' Yet the prosecutor chose not to pursue the matter.

Subsequent Chairman of the DNC, Terry Mcauliffe, was reportedly found to have laundered Teamster Union funds through Democrap channels... but nothing ever came of it.

For that matter, the Clintooon Administration sold U.S. nuclear secrets to China for campaign contributions - which would have been treason at some earlier time - but that passed by without even a whimper.

======================================================

Now we find prosecutor Fitzgerald prosecuting the Vice President's office for an offense with no apparent underlying crime.

IT'S AN OLIGARCHY, STUPID!

Do you think this is not enough evidence? How about the trashing of the White House offices by the outgoing Clintonistas? No one prosecuted... the taxpayers footed the bill. How about Sandy Berger pilfering classified documents - documents that may still be pertinent to ongoing investigations? Slap on the wrist.

Of course I could go on.

======================================================

Shall I mention the prosecution of Tom Delay? ...the threat of prosecution of Senate leader Frist?

Everyone who doesn't think the end of this current indictment is aimed at the Vice President's seat and the President's seat, please raise your hands.

The Democraps realized over 50 years ago that their agenda could not be advanced by legislatures so they plotted to use the federal courts to impose their perverted values on the nation.

Now even that unassailable seat of power is at risk for them. Now is the hour for them to use their priviledged class-position to cement their power over this country.

Yeah, that's right: I am saying this is an ongoing coup d'état, and we are witnessing the next step: [if one cannot win at the ballot box], simply put your political opponents in jail on any charge you can trump up.

Make no mistake about Fitzgerald's prosecutive case: it is trumped up - which the case against Hillary would NOT have been... which the case against Bill Clinton would NOT have been.

======================================================

IS THERE ANY REASON TO VOTE ANY LONGER? Does our vote make any difference in the political course of events in this country any longer?

Well, hope springs eternal... but certainly these are perilous times for those who actually believe in the Constitution, in liberty, in free enterprise, in capitalism.

I agree with you. We certainly have a ruling class. And it is perilous times for those who believe in the Constitution and limited government. And the left isn't the only side chipping away at the Constitution, either.

Let's not forget that ol' slick is a disbarred lawyer ~ something the media has totally ignored as they continue to always refer to him as President clinton while, , as a gesture of disdain, deliberately referring to President Bush as Mister Bush!!

Uh, Bob.

Nice to see you.

It can't be an oligarchy of democrats.
The Republicans are in charge.

So, it might be a Cowardacracy or a Dumbocracy, but how can it be an oligarchy run by the party who is out of party?

Just incompetants being jerked around by a bunch of thugs.

Precisely and that's why on a post earlier this week I said I can no longer even vote for two local democrats that I consider friends/acquantances for small time, very insignificant local positions. They are registered with a party which has become a criminal enterprise and unless/until they switch to any other party, Libertarian, Independant, Whig, I really don't care, I can't support them.

Because, for example, the Clinton's were both proved ...

I read this far, saw the use of the apostrophe to indicate a plural, and decided that if the author wasn't professional enough to proofread his work, his thoughts probably weren't worth wasting my time upon.

Sloppy writing bespeaks sloppy thinking.

Nothing wrong with an oligarchy, except some of the Commies use the term in derogation. Some countries write constitutions especially to institute their oligarchy in an orderly way. The whole world as bourgeois, imagine! No more plebs, no more proles, everybody bourgeois, that's the way we are headed since the failure of Marxism has become apparent to even the blindest anarchist.

I find it hard to believe that you can call a country an oligarchy when the example that is given is someone who grew up dirt-poor and went on to become President of the United States. I should note I have complete and utter disdain for President Clinton, and wish that he had never arrived on the political scene.

You forgot to mention Sandy Burgler. And how about the guy who helped Clinton launder his oil for food money? And how about [fill in the blanks ad nauseum].

However you look at it, it's an oligarchy.

1 President
1 Vice President
9 Supreme Court Justices
100 Senators
435 Congressmen

546 people at the top of 300 million. Sounds like a classic oligarchy to me.

IMO, we must repeal the 17th Amendment and enlarge the House of Representatives dramatically.

Power in the Senate has to be returned to the states and the people are now way to numerous to be represented by 435 people in any effective way.
