Iran sheltering Osama Bin ladin’s sons
Daily Times ^ | Thursday, October 27, 2005

BERLIN: Iran is providing refuge to around 25 leading members of the Al Qaeda terror group including three of Osama Bin Laden’s sons, a German magazine reported on Wednesday.

Cicero magazine said Saad, Mohammed and Othman Bin Laden as well as other Al Qaeda members from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, north Africa and Europe were living in and around Tehran under the protection of Iran’s Republican Guard.

The magazine quoted a “top-ranking Western secret service agent” as saying the Al Qaeda members were free to move around. “They are not under arrest or house arrest,” the unnamed source told the respected monthly Cicero. “They can do what they like.”

Saad Bin Laden, who is around 25, is thought to have played a key financial and logistical role in several Al Qaeda attacks and is on a US most-wanted list. Osama Bin Laden is believed to have more than 20 sons by several wives. Iran’s new President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Wednesday called for Israel to be “wiped off the map”. It was the first time in years that such a high-ranking Iranian official has called for the Jewish state’s eradication, even though such slogans are still regularly used at regime rallies.

This is one of several places that I have read in the past couple of years that Iran is harboring these people. In fact, I have read that Osama bin Laden and Ayman Zawahiri are there also. I have wondered if we know they are there, but are hesitant to admit it, as then we might be expected to do something about it.

Damn I have soo much resentment for all those who protected the mollas for so long. All those years when Iranian democrats were pleading for support, and the regime was still in a weak position and vulnerable, everyone was making money off of this regime and didn't want to listen or believe what it was up to. Now that it has become strong and impervious, the Germans and British and others are spilling their guts about what they have always known about this regime. Nothing good is ever going to come out of any of it. Damn them all to hell.

QUESTION: There are some reports citing U.S. intelligence that this Al Quds Force, or also called the Jerusalem Force, is part of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, may be the ones sheltering these al-Qaida members, including one of Usama bin Laden's sons. Is there -- what is the U.S. trying to do to secure, through the Iranians, access to these people? Can you say anything about this Jerusalem Force?

MR. BOUCHER: No. As far as what we're doing, I think we've made very consistently clear, especially since the May 12th bombing in Saudi Arabia, that the continued presence in Iran of senior officials of terrorist organizations, including al-Qaida, was a significant cause of concern for us as well as for other people in the region, and that they should cooperate with countries that are conducting investigations of al-Qaida's activities, including the May 12th bombing.

QUESTION: Do you believe that Usama bin Laden's son is one the al-Qaida leaders that --

MR. BOUCHER: I wouldn't be able to comment on that. Sorry.
Teri.

If there was ever a time to surgically utilize the neutron bomb this it that time and Iran's terrorist leaders should be the target - and soon.

Cicero is a bit like the Atlantic Monthly or The New Yorker. It's only been around for about a year.

Actually this is old information (Saad bin Laden, July 2002).There are indications (read phone conversations)linking the attacks in sunny and Sunni Saudi to people located in Shi'ia Iran.

Saudi wants Saad extradited http://www.iranexpert.com/2003/saudiarabiairan7september.htm

Saudi Arabia is hoping that Israel(!) and others will stop the nuclear adventures in Iran.

It is indeed very interesting.

Is there any question that Iran is the epicenter for Islamofascism and must be dealt with sooner rather than later, regardless of world opinion by those who have their own selfish agendas to bring down this nation?

"Osama Bin Laden is believed to have more than 20 sons by several wives."

Of course they can have weekend "wives", which is their ridiculous religion's way of legitimizing affairs and prostitution.

I think the US is playing forefront diplomacy on the Iran/IAEA issue and let backchannels deal with AQ/Saad BL. When push comes to shove the US will have its cake (nuke free/revolution in Iran) and Saad too!

FYI, this info comes from Iranian defector Hamid Reza Zakeri who warned us (CIA) of 9/11. "Zakeri reiterated his earlier allegations that Saad bin Laden, eldest son of the Saudi terrorist, and bin Laden's deputy, Ayman al-Zawahri, both came to Iran in the months prior to the 9/11 attacks to discuss the logistics and strategy of a major attack on the United States with Iranian intelligence officers."

I know the 9/11 hijackers traveled through Iran. I don't recall Saad BL was mentioned in the 9/11 Commission.

Also, there was another Iranian (FBI SOURCE) called "the asset" who warned of 9/11. I don't think they are the same source because "the asset" lived in the USA.

TO ALL - Does anybody know the ID of the FBI's "the Asset?"

Hamid Reza Zakeri is not trustworthy. He mixed correct and false info with unsubstantiated info that either was impossible to verify or later found to be false.

If you have a source like that you can not use him.

They are stronger than they were, but not impervious.
