Check out the photo of Condoleezza Rice that was published by USA Today last week:
Notice anything peculiar about her eyes?
(Click on the Extended Entry for an explanation.)
No, Condi isn't possessed; the photo was manipulated.
This news comes courtesy of From The Pen, which found a pre-doctored version of the Associated Press photo on Yahoo! España:
Ask USA Today's Graphics and Photos Managing Editor, Richard Curtis (rcurtis@usatoday.com), what the ^$%#@+! is going on.

Time's photo distortions
It may be that you're thinking of the picture of Cindy Sheehan out in Texas. It was cropped so as to conceal the fact that the only "crowd" around her was 99.9% media with cameras and mikes. I don't recall the title of that thread, but Rush had the picture posted front and center at his web site.
The upshot is, the other guys I went with were equally disappointed, and we left en masse, only to discover too late we'd missed the "B" movie, "The Subterraneans".
It was just a bad day all around.
CA....
No, I'm just saying I wont defend her, and will do anything I can to ensure she is not our next nominee.
The Oct 31 Condi.
President Rice will not be happy with USA Today...
Michael Jackson did it to himself in Thriller, and in real life.
The real goa'uld in DC!
Photoshop ping.
I do not put it past the MSM to do it, but with the tons of photos taken miliseconds apart (ever hear that chicka-chicka-chika sound as tons of photos are taken at hearings?) Its possible her eyes reacted to the flash in one photo and not in another only a half-second later.
That being said, choosing a crappy photo over a good one is just as bad and is a standard tactic of the MSM (see Newts closeup beard photo or Cheney's "mid-smile" making him look like he's sneering photo)
"Michael Jackson did it to himself in Thriller, and in real life."
What Micheal Jackson has done to himself defies comprehension.
I still love the Jackson Five, all their songs. MJ & I are born in the same year, so I've always found his horrid adult life particularly disturbing.
Had Patty McCormick (The Bad Seed) been a real live person this is what she would have become -- a Hillary.

(or do you mean Shanks' real-life wife, Lexa Doig? yum!)
Okay - YOU'RE scary.
Are they racists? Or do they just hate republicans? Or is it both?
Aren't the MSM morons dead yet? The casket is further into the ground than ever before. Few more shovels of dirt should do it and that will probably come after the "No Indictment" headlines hit the streets.

It would be great for the grapevine.

Look again - Her necklace is no brighter in the altered photo. Her earrings are no brighter. Look at the man behind her - his face is no brighter, his collar is no brighter. The ONLY thing that is changed is her eyes. There is no way this could be anything but intentional.
Where is this story on the MSM???
I showed these photos to some of my liberal co-workers. Their response was "What's your point? - Condi IS evil and USA Today is only showing her true personality."
These people actually believe that!
I hope and pray that it's Condi in '08. The democrats would be put in a position of attacking and defaming the first woman president and the first black president. How on earth will they be able to keep up their facade of "inclusiveness"?? Oh - wait. They'll do it the way they've ALWAYS done it - with the help of their allies: the Lamestream Media.
"how is their sports page?"
I can't answer that because I don't read it! But it's about the only place where my husband can find in-depth information about his Formula 1 races (if I remember to clip it for him!). Just checked. The Oct. 21st sports section had football, college and pro, baseball, pro hockey, pro soccer, pro basketball, golf and a "scoreboard" for basketball, football, college football weekend schedule listing wins/losses for both teams, pro football calendar, "Deals"--who new managers/players are, boxing, soccer, tennis, hockey and motorsports! Plus 5 business pages. Seems like pretty good coverage to me I'm sure you could get a trial subscription of a week or a month.
Their World news is phenomenal. The feature, Regional Briefing, is presented daily; Mon-Global Issues; Tues-The Americas; Wed-Middle East;Thu-Africa;Fri-Asia-Pacific; Sat-Western Asia;Sun-Europe (including asia). One of my favorite ones was titled "Coalition gives Afghans health care-Military hospitals, mobile clinics only hope for thousands" byline Leon Sevunts. Four full-page columms with photos and the actual reporting of assistance to patients. You will not find this info anywhere else.
An earlier one was about U.S. troops having their own "marathon" in Afghanistan. Another was two full pages of what the various countries in Africa are really doing about Aids.
Saturday's paper has full a page every week of Civil War battles, stories. Sunday's Family page has Dr. Rosemond and also Dr. Sylvia Rimes common-sense child psychology issues and also a column on home schooling. I would say the knowledge gleaned fom 4 years' reading of the WT would surpass many college programs today--altho that really isn't saying a whole heck of a lot, is it? Plus that inimitable comic strip, Mallard Fillmore, the conservative duck!
No, I'm not on their sales staff! But I would go without my eye makeup before I would give up the Times! I can say that because it isn't likely to happen!
