I had the pleasure of meeting Col.Toliver a few years ago at an Air show. My friends and I talked with him for about 20 mins. A true gentleman and quite a story teller.

Those guys had nads beyond belief. I thank these heroes for their unstinting dedication, knowing that each mission they went on would probably not end with their returning. Despite overwhelming odds they outflew, outgunned and outdared the best that the Luftwaffe was able to throw against them while saving innumerable lives of bomber crews who were shredded with impunity before the Airmen's implimentation. Boo-yah!
