An uber-insider source has just reported the following to TWN:
1. 1-5 indictments are being issued. The source feels that it will be towards the higher end.
2. The targets of indictment have already received their letters.
3. The indictments will be sealed indictments and "filed" tomorrow.
4. A press conference is being scheduled for Thursday.
The shoe is dropping.

Mark Levin just said the American Spectator is reporting the letters went out recently, 3-5 indictments sealed, press conference on Thursday. We'll see. I'll be glad when the dang thing ends...

If it's a vague "conspiracy" charge, Libby, Rove, and a staffer no one's ever heard of. Not Mary Matalin- watching Carvile talking himself into a divorce would be so good it could never come true.
IF it's a "leak" charge, Fitzgerald is a nut, and will therefore indict Cheney, Rove, Libby, Spongebob Squarepants, Christina Aguilera, and Sam The Yodelling Shetland Pony (he couldn't talk to us tonight-HE'S A LITTLE HORSE!)

I'm thinking back to the clinton years. And the way clinton handled his enemies as compared to W. Wilson is lucky W. hasn't found clinton's old playbook. Or he would be knee-deep in cancelled checks right about now, searching for material his IRS auditor has demanded. If he were lucky enough to have avoided another..plane..trip..to..anywhere there's a mountain..

From various sources, we're hearing that things are coming to a head on the Joe Wilson Scandal front.
We're hearing that U.S. Attorney Pat Fitzgerald will hold a press conference here in Washington no later than Thursday to announce indictments in the matter, those indictments will be sealed and filed no later than tomorrow afternoon.
At least three fairly senior people have received formal target letters within the past few days. Sources inside the White House are saying they expect between 3 to 5 indictments total. No names are being discussed. UPDATE: CBS News is reporting that Fitzgerald may make his announcement tomorrow, the same day sealed indictments would be filed. Either way, it looks like we have some degree of closure coming.
