I somehow thought that a Lexus would have more impact than that. 4 times she hit him and he's still alive? Are we sure that police Inspector Vince Flores wasn't watching a cartoon and got the action confused with the parking lot robbery?

The woman rammed the robber with the front of her car. Since her life was not in danger (nor anyone else) at the time when she hit him with her car deliberately, it is attempted murder plain and simple. Hope she goes to jail IMHO.
Call the cops on the cell phone and get him arrested? Yes!
Run him over 4 times? Nail her to the wall!
