The woman rammed the robber with the front of her car.

Since her life was not in danger (nor anyone else) at the time when she hit him with her car deliberately, it is attempted murder plain and simple. Hope she goes to jail IMHO.

Call the cops on the cell phone and get him arrested? Yes!

Run him over 4 times? Nail her to the wall!

If I were a cop, the woman in the Lexus would be at the absolute bottom of my priority list of people to look for

She was stopping a fleeing felon suspect. If the cops have the right to shoot him why doesn't the driver have a right to stop him. As far as I am concerned you sound like nothing more than an enabler. The suspect stole money at gunpopint and was fleeing, he desrved to be shot or run over. When did civilians stop not having the right to stop criminals?
