"And so basically, what it looks like is going to happen is that Libby and Karl Rove are going to be executed" because "outing a CIA agent is treason," left-wing author and radio talk show host Al Franken asserted Friday night, to audience laughter, on CBS's Late Show with David Letterman. Franken qualified his hard-edged stire: "Yeah, and I don't know how I feel about it because I'm basically against the death penalty, but they are going to be executed it looks like."
Franken later suggested that President Bush is at risk of receiving the same punishment, since Karl Rove likely told him what he did, but he added a caveat: "I think, by the way, that we should never ever, ever, ever execute a sitting President."
Updated Sunday night with video.

"I don't know how I feel about it...." Poor Allie, if he could only see. That is the libbies whole problem- they have no firm principles. Everything is wishy-washy to them, depending on how they feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel, or who is doing it, or who it is being done to. To Allie, he'll support anything that makes him rich and gets rid of conservatives.

Maybe the next one will lead to the discovery of the location of the pea that is Franken's brain...

Nope, because we all know that only conservatives can speak hate speech. When a libbie says it, he or she was misunderstood, or was joking, or was reading a strict interpretation of the Constitution.

Franken needs a high red hot poker colonic. The last one didn't take.

I was in Washington D.C. in May of this year.
A swarm of gnats flew by my ear. They were very annoying.
Apparently, that swarm of gnats had better ratings than Air America in D.C.

Air America has 'no audience' in D.C.Rating service can't detect measurable listenership for liberal network
Air America, the liberal talk network carried on WWRC-AM (1260), went from bad to nonexistent. After WWRC recorded a mere fraction of a rating point in the spring with syndicated shows from the likes of lefty talkers Al Franken, Janeane Garofalo and Stephanie Miller, Arbitron couldn't detect a measurable listenership for the station this time around.

"Franken needs a high colonic."
As long as we nitro-glycerine and give him a hearty slap on the a** once he's full up.
