So, do these people even understand that it is the House of Representatives who would have to do it? Do they further understand that it is controlled by Republicans? And still further, that the trial would happen in the Senate, also controlled by Republicans?

I'd love to get this particular mailing list. Would be great for sales to have the addresses of a million uninformed idiots.

Well, this is typical of the loony left. I suppose they've forgotten that even if something happens to Pres. Bush (God forbid), we still have VP Cheney.

These people are so shortsighted, they're not aware that impeaching Bush will give them President Cheney.

Unless they're OK with that.

That's cute. The young little lefties are always so earnest in their idiocy, if a little demanding.

Only a true Dummicrat would think of Valeria Lame as an IMPORTANT CIA operative.

These people are still mad that their Jerk-off Prtesident Bubba J. Clinton got impeached that they wont be happy unless George Bush is impeached. It doesnt matter that they cant find a legitimate excuse to do it, just bring up the charges and they will all get orgasmic.

By now it is clear to anyone not locked in the basement of Fox News that president Bush and his entire administration lied us into a disastrous, unnecessary, illegal and immoral war in Iraq.

"disastrous" and "unnecessary" (even "immoral") are value judgements on which there is diverse public opinion; they are not facts. However, "illegal" is flatly wrong as a) Iraq was in violation of the cease-fire agreement they signed in 1991, and b) see UN resolution 1441.

Not only did they lie, as demonstrated by the Downing Street minutes, they knowingly conspired in those lies.

These guys are still on about the so-called DSM? The memo is of suspicious provenance (i.e., all the symptoms of the Rather-quiddick memo without the flagrant typesetting problems). Even if it is legitimate, there's nothing in it to substantiate the claims that the Administration not only knowingly lied, but conspired to do so. (Such a misinterpretation comes from the word "fixed", which is clear from the surround context to mean "fixated", not "falsified".)

And they did so maliciously, cynically, and with the intent of enabling their personal business cronies engage in no-bid war profiteering, in effect to embezzle hundreds of billions of dollars from the federal treasury.

No-bid contracts awarded by the Clinton Administration. Note the use of the DNC buzzword "cronies".

Moreover, when challenged on the biggest of those lies, that Iraq posed a nuclear attack threat to the United States, high level members of the Bush administration committed treason by exposing the identity of an important CIA operative whose dedicated life's mission was preventing the spread of the very weapons of mass destruction the Bush Administration had used against the American public as weapons of fear.

I'm laughing too hard at the "treason" of exposing "an important CIA operative" with a "dedicated life's mission" to post a specific rebuttal. See any number of Valerie Plame stories as to why this a) wasn't treason, b) exposed nothing, and c) Wilson deserved to be discredited as he is the only proven (and serial) liar in this equation; Wilson's entire Niger story was one lie after another. And president Bush has protected the perpetrators of these acts, failing to remove them from their positions of trust as he represented he would do at the very minimum based on their manifest involvement.

Yeah, remove people who did nothing except foil a cynical attempt to undermine the authority of the President that was founded on a series of lies and possible leaks of classified materials.
