Unfortunately ,,

Prop 76 locks in the bulk of the spending at high sustained rates of the last few years including the 2 years worth of budgets proposed by the Gub.

and it does not prevent additional new spending to sustain the frenzy to spend in Sacramento.

nor has the Gub indicated he is either able or amenable to making cuts.

Lots of sky will be falling here in Colorado if C and D don't pass.

C and D will gut our Tabor amendment and even has the support of our Republican Governor.

Good news, though. Looks like both referenda aren't doing well in the polls.

What is really silly is that they claim it isn't a tax increase.

Probably what bugs the bureaucrats the most is that they have to return money back to the citizens.

Which follows their goofy logic that all money that they collect becomes theirs. Including all required refunds. How arrogant!
