Dems Complain About DeLay's Smiling Mug Shot

(CNSNews.com) -- There it is, front and center on the Democratic National Committee's webpage: a full-color mug shot of Rep. Tom DeLay, not bad as mug shots go, with the caption, "DeLay Booked."
The Texas Republican is smiling, dressed in a suit and wearing his House pin. Unlike most mug shots, the photograph being circulated on the Internet does not include written information at the bottom, so it looks more like an ordinary snapshot than a mug shot.
That bothers many of the bloggers on the Democrat's "Kicking Ass" website.
Some complained that the official mug shot " doesn't look real -- no ID markings, no booking numbers, etc." Others wanted to see the profile shot.
"I want a copy of the warrent [sic] for the back of a t-shirt and his mug on the front," one Democrat wrote. Others indicated they'd like to wipe the smile off DeLay's face.
DeLay was fingerprinted and photographed at a Harris County, Tex., sheriff's office on Thursday, then released on $10,000 bond. He's scheduled to appear in an Austin courtroom on Friday to face charges of conspiracy and money laundering.
DeLay says he's the victim of a politically motivated prosecutor, Ronnie Earle, a Democrat who DeLay insists is out to get him.

I had an old friend give me the "it's all about oil" the other day. I asked her, "so where's the oil?" Naturally she couldn't answer, just said, "we shouldn't be over there", I answered with another question "we shouldn't do anything about 3,000 murdered Americans?" again no answer, conversation veered suddenly away from politics. It's hard to try to overlook her politics, but I'll continue to try as we've been friends for many years. And she has led a sheltered life so is rather ignorant of reality.
The political party which should be the salvation of the nation is trapped in the coils of ineptitude and their customary lack of foresight and inability to effectively strike back (not to mention having one hand tied behind their back by that Judas RINO McCain and his fellow Quislings).
On the other hand, the seething, mass of slithering vipers in the Democrat party are taking pot shots at any high level target with everything they have, hoping something will stick, or, at the very least, they will succeed in unfairly smearing their opponents in the public mind.
Unless the Repubs retaliate in kind, they will wind up on the ropes getting their faces pummeled by an opponent who, by all logic, they should be easily destroying.
LOL!! I love Delay's mug shot! It's a really great picture! Anytime the dems put it on a T-shirt's or what ever trying to trash him, it's going to have the opposite effect LOL!! Just be good advertising for Delay's next campaign. LOL!!
I'll bet the whiny dems would howl with anger if our side were to produce a tshirt with a photo of slick willie finishing himself off in the WH sink.
A lot of republicans could learn from Delay. I loved what he said today at the news conferance. The DIMs just wet their pants when a conservative stands up to them and speaks the the truth about them. Tommy is so mean.

Print up thousands of copies of that handsome portrait with this lettering below it: Wanted: Other Republicans who will defeat the Democrats! Maybe the spineless GOPers in the House and Senate wouldn't be quite so afraid of the msm and the Dems after Tom shows them how it's done...again.
