5 classified documents to Tony Schaeffer and then said they didn't exist. That's a felony. Included in those boxes, 500 hundred dollars worth of fed property including a GPS system, I guess to keep. 25 pens, brand new and marked on them "property of the U.S. Govt."... it its absolute stupidity...something desperately wrong here. Bronze Star recipient hero of this country, two kids. What's gonna come out? Well, we're gonna find out... Atta before 9-11, not only was that data destroyed in the summer of 2000,... yesterday, Mr. Speaker, I met with another Able Danger official. I was not aware of this knowledge because he doesn't live in the Beltway. impeccable credentials. I cannot reveal his name today, will tell you privately. You will agree with me that he has impeccable credentials. He's never been talked to by the Pentagon, the Defense Intelligence Agency or the 9-11 Commission, yet this official had a leadership position in Able Danger. He told me there's a seprate cache of info in 99 and 2000 and earlier that still may exist. The Pentagon says it was all destroyed.

A second pot of info may still exist. Why was data destroyed? The witness said "I was told we couldn't keep this data more than 90 days because it contained info re: US persons." It was destroyed because Special Forces Command asked for that data and it was destroyed instead. That official now will also say that there was no ninety day requirement as was testified before the Senate Judicary Committee. On a regular basis, for months and months and months. He had discussions in DOD with Schiffren and said "don't worry about it." Contradictory to what DOD has been telling us. The ninety day period is not real. They kept data for months and months.

There is something wrong here... Watergate less than this. 3rd rate burglary. Nixon resigned. WE are talking about the deaths of 3,000 Americans. We are talking about 2.5 terror bytes of Al Quaeda data. We are talking about Atta and 3 of the terrorists who attacked us on 9-11. In January of 2006, who risked his entire career, he will swear he saw Atta's face every day in 2000 before 9-11. Who will command one of our destroyers in 2006 who agrees with Schaeffer. They all saw the same photographs.

THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO PREVENT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE FROM FINDING OUT ABOUT 9-11... YOU CAN'T LET A LT. COLONEL'S CAREER BE RUINED...
