Rep. Kirt Weldon is on Michael Savage's radio program, and he is implying Rumsfeld is the one blocking further investigation into Able Danger.
Weldon is fuming; says he personally (in a committee hearing) asked Rumsfeld about the investigation being blocked. Rumsfeld replied that he would 'get back to Weldon with a response.' Weldon says he still has gotten nothing from Rumsfeld.
Weldon to give a speech in a few moments this evening on the floor of the House. It should be aired on CSPAN this evening.

I left you a post on the ML thread when I got back and jumped onto this thread and with the Miller exposure and now this I'm just stunned with it all.
Tomorrow will be a very interesting day to see who (talk show talkies) talks about this and who just does business as usual.

Sure, it would be fun and educational to see Clinton's legacy tarnished appropriately. But that's not going to happen. Whatever happens will be spun to ensure that we lose the war in Iraq, that it becomes a complete disaster, merely so that a democrat can be elected in 2008.
That's what this is all about.

Congressman Weldon is my Congressman and has been on my local radio (Dom G - 1210 AM) talking about Able Danger a number of times
He's also said in the past the his country was more important then his job ...
Weldon is not one to back down from a fight .. and I highly doubt he will back down this either
