They *HAVE* to give permits to the KKK, Nazi Party, Farrakan, Patriotic Freepers, NAMBLA, Demo-Rats, Anti-Abortion groups, the NRA and *ANYONE* else who asks for one.
That's what Free Speech means.
Exactly. They can't just decide that they won't give certain groups permits based on their politics.
There was a reason hate speech laws were enacted.
Free Speech has its limits.
