"Hate" speech is not evenly defined. There are those on the left who say minorities cannot be racist because they don't have the power structure to keep anyone down.

I completely disagree. Hate speech laws are horrible. Who decides what is "hate speech"? You? Me? Some liberal judge? In Canada, where they have more experience with these things they have found simply reading the Biblical passages that enjoin against sodomy is "hate speech". That's right! Read the Bible off the pulpit and GO TO JAIL!
