Juanita Broaddrick, I hope you were listening to Sean Hannity's radio show today. Susan Estrich was on discussing her new book supporting Hillary. Sorry, Susan, the book will remain unnamed here.
Hannity directly asked Estrich, herself a rape victim, if she believed Juanita Broaddrick. Susan said no. How did she know? Well, of course. Bill himself told her so. They had a conversation about it.
I will be spending an hour on Rightalk Radio on Wednesday at 2pm Eastern with Candice Jackson, author of "Their Lives." We will, of course, be discussing the women victims of the sexual predator who wandered the White House halls for eight years.
Estrich said Clinton would never use force against a woman and he couldn't understand how men could do that. Paraphrasing Estrich -- If I thought there was any truth to that, it is something I never could be comfortable with.
Okay, the time has come. Let's make Estrich uncomfortable. After all, she makes us uncomfortable when we see her on television. Give us your ideas of how we convince Estrich of the truth. Juanita has not spoken with her, and I don't know that she ever would. If a phone conversation between them could take place, who knows what might happen?
Estrich didn't use the word "liar," but it is clear from her conversation that she believes, relative to the rape charge, that the description fits Juanita.
Is Juanita still registered at Free Republic? I can't remember her FReeper name, but I remember that she posted a few times here.
I understand Ms Broaddrick's problem is that she signed a sworn statement saying she wasn't raped. If that is true .... Estrich might be correct .... is Ms Broaddrick lying on her sworn statement or her interviews?
Sounds like a lame attempt by Estrich to keep her ugly puss in the press. Typical liberal. She has had her 15 minutes and needs to keep the gravelly voice and ugly face off the airwaves.
I wonder if he shook his finger while he denied it.
Susan, Susan, Susan...you choose to believe an admitted liar.....shame!
Estrich's purported acceptance of Clinton's denial says absolutely nuttin' about Juanita's credibility, a tiny bit everything about Estrich's gullibility willful deceit, and volumes about Estrich's opinion of the audience's intelligence.
Nobody, particularly those of us who have no personal knowledge of this thing, can be *absolutely certain* of what did,or didn't,happen. That's what I was trying to say by means of the quote to which you object.
This is a tribute to airbrush artists everywhere!!
I call her "Susan Estrus"

Background: Bruce Lindsey, behind the scenes White House fixer, was responsible for a campaign to get people to sign affidavits, saying that they would never have to appear in court if they did. Juanita foolishly signed one, thinking it would go away and she wouldn't be forced to testify and bring it all into the public. It was obviously the most traumatic thing in her life and she had tried to put it behind her.
When she was named as a Jane Doe No. 5, people were suggesting that she was paid to keep quiet. What she feared all along was going to now happen away. She was called to testify before the grand jury and it would be out in the public. Her son, an attorney told her how serious it was and that she must tell the truth. She finally agreed to be interviewed by Lisa Myers after about nine months of Myers trying to convince her. She regrets having signed the affidavit, not only because it clouded the truth, but Kathleen Willey was later assaulted in the White House.
I was just adding helpful info to the thread.
If you watch Court TV or A&E's "American Justice" much, you'll find that one of the constants in trials of violent criminals is "oh,my Mommy/Daddy/son/daughter/husband/wife/brother/sister couldn't *possibly* have done this".
Of course, she could have taken this position to further some career ambition.
I have never heard that Juanita signed such a thing, never.

Bwhahahah, I surely hope so.
Damn, why bring BALOK into this? (one of the best episodes of the series)
I do not excuse him-- quite the contrary. I am suggesting that he is too self absorbed to consider that she really didn't want him near her.
