This is for all the marbles. Game 5. Winner goes on to treat the White Sox harshly...
Mussina vs. Colon
Does the Moose have one more good start in him? Will Colon be unhittable, or will the Yankees break through? Will the massive payroll win out over the scrappy role players? Will A-Rod look like a fairy when crossing home plate again?
All these questions and more will be answered in a few short hours...

A-Rod will finally and decisively convince the world...that he prefers men over ladies. I gotta admit, when I saw him traipsing over Home Plate yesterday, like he was a Southern Belle in a hoop skirt avoiding a puddle, I saw where people might get that impression.
The guy can smack the ball around, though.
We'll not discuss his fielding until a respectful interval has passed.

"They never got very far for years under Autry's ownership. But now? Well, its another time and hopefully they finally win all the marbles."
I think they won "all the marbles" in 2002, unfortunately after Autry's death.

So, are you "downwind" from Linden? The only thing downwind from Linden is New York...
But, not to worry, the smell of the dump on Staten Island masks the smell of the refinery...
Actually, the Linden refinery has really cleaned up it's act in the last 10 years. You hardly smell it at all anymore, since they started burning all the fugitive gases in a Co-Gen plant.

I spent two years living in Chicago, on both the North AND South sides. Great city, great fans. Pulling for the Sox as my fave Bartender at Jimmy's (55th Street and Woodlawn) never got to see his White Sox make the post season (he has now gone to the great beyond).

My aunt and uncle live in Linden (don't ask me why). It was always a pleasure having to wear a gas mask everytime I went to visit them as a kid.

Sorry, my NY FReeper friends, I love you guys but the Yankees must lose because of the HILLARY CURSE. When NY fans pay attention to the fact that since the witch flew into town on her broom and got their votes, their team has not won a World Series. The HILLARY CURSE must continue for the good of the nation.

So, do you think Moose has two good games in a row in him?

That part is the armpit of Jersey you also have edison which smells too. the bad part is that it is so close to Newark airport so anyone who flies in to Newark think the rest of the state smells like that

My favorite Angels team was the '82 squad.
Reggie Jackson, Rod Carew, Fred Lynn, Don Baylor, Bobby Grich, Brian Downing, Doug DeCinces, and Bob Boone.
Owned by Gene Autry and mananged by Gene Mauch.
But they lost to the Molitor/Yount Brewers in a short series, 3 - 2.

And then hope that decisively convincing evidence of his steroid use does not come out before the voting completes. As opposed to the Shrek-like David Ortiz

there is a roider on the Yankees, but it ain't ARod. Look at Giambi now and compare with a picture of him in April. Dude looked like a cancer patient back then and NOW he looks like a fullback from Nebraska....

So was Rock Hudson's girlfriend.
Think about it: A-Rod is a clean shaven man with a beard. We all know where his true love lies:
Not that there's anything wrong with it...
