Hah! Now the Iraqi Milityary Attache is defending the war, calling Bush courageous, citing UN resolutions ignored, calling Sadaam a Terrorist and supporter of Terrorism.
This is got to make those lib callers' heads explode.
Morning snugs. Kristol is typical of conservative Democrats who changed into Republicans. Many are aligned as "neo-con's" and they react differently from your average conservative Republican. That's okay. We have a big tent.
Yahoo! I am leaving for a four day vacation in less than an hour. I am going to stay away from all of this news and politics -- I am sure it will all still be waiting for me come Thursday.
Thanks AB.
That's what the fuss is really about. Critics wanted a bloody massacre of the opposition, just so there could be no doubt which political philosophy is in charge.
Memo to Fox - Time to send Kristol to rehab & hire Hugh Hewitt in his place
Best post of the day and I am still in the 1st 5!
Feh! Buchanan thinks GW doesn't understand the importance of the choice for the Court. Timmy cannot get off the Roe v. Wade thing.
Morning rodguy911. You're in rare form today. And, right on the money.
"Gee, I was hoping to see Freeh somewhere touting his book. Now why do you suppose he is nowhere in sight this fine Sunday?? The HBM surely is not sweeping him under a rug! /s"
I heard the other day that he is supposed to be on 60 Minutes tonight. If he is, it will be interesting to see if they let him speak (like they do Bill, Hill and other Dims when they are on) or if they keep pounding him with David Gregory-stuck on stupid types of questions.
Works for me too!!! AB and rodguy!
Very True. Otherwise media would have reported this. Supreme Court refused to hear librarians associations opposition to turn over library records under Patriot Act. The interesting thing - it was supported by ACLU and more interesting the Justice who dismissed this case is none other than Ruth Bader Ginsburg (previous ACLU lawyer herself) who is incharge of the Connecticut region.
When Ralph and Nan start reading up on Harriet Miers, including some of the information, in the article by President Aristotle, like her contribution to Donald Stenberg, something is going to hit the fan big time with Harry Reid.
That is going to be interesting to see.
Agreed. The MSM really does not get it, and it appears they won't for some time to come. Abortion is important but it's all the associated decisions that will prove Miers worth. Buchanan is old-news anyway but pundits can't get off him. Kind of like McCain. The MSM still believes these guys have more influence than they really have.
I read on another thread that Sandy burglar is going to give the toon's side after Freeh.
I'll have to tune in just to see. I hope Freeh at least makes the round of radio talk shows this week. I hate to see that what he has to say is flying under the radar with all talk being about Miers.
LOL. That will be believable, now won't it.
Maybe he studied some things about her in the interm rather then just join the "WHAA! She is NOT our choice" chorus from the "Conservative" punditry?
Considering how critical he has been of the current Admin recently, I seriously doubt any calls from the WH matter to Newt.
