EXCERPT FROM --- HOUSE OF CARDS
House Of Cards
What do Cher, a Hollywood con man, a political rising star and an audacious felon have in common? Together they gave Bill and Hillary Clinton a night they'll never forget -- no matter how hard they may try
By April Witt Sunday, October 9, 2005; Page W10
The caller lied easily. He'd had practice. It was Raymond Reggie, a New Orleans businessman and Democratic activist who happened to be Sen. Edward Kennedy's brother-in-law. He also happened to be in a lot of trouble.

You both need to get in touch with Kent Masterson Brown, the Kentucky attorney who filed that Open Meetings suit against Hillary. He has a treasure trove of dirt on that Health Care Task Force.
Thanks for your research on the members of the crime syndicate.
It needed to be repeated.
Nothing to reply, to.
All in due time. First, lets let the Dems tip their full hand to Hillary in the '08 primaries.
We should act...afraid (of her)...in the meantime. The sucker punch will come later.
NOTE: this is the opposite of a Dem campaign, where they make the maximum amount of noise from moment one (call your Congressmen, fax your newspapers, mass email everyone in your address book!)...only to find that there was no "there" there at Abu Ghraib...or that Dan Rather's docs really weren't accurate...or that Ronnie Earle really is corrupt.
Dems blather on from Moment One...unable to exercise self-restraint.
Play it cool. Courage under fire will win large numbers of battles...and that means holding your fire until the right moment.
It also gives us the option of playing any campaign straight, sans any scandal whatsoever; the High Ground.
Win on issues first. Win on character second. Win on scandal only if necessary.
Life is good.
Thanks for the ping!
But .. what they don't understand .. the public sees the Clinton panderers like the WP for what they are (the majority of them at least). They keep losing market share and laying off people .. but they continue.
Please FReepmail me if you want on or off my miscellaneous ping list.

There is a toll free congressional switchboard that will forward your call to any member of House or Senate- (800) 648-3516
call someone that represents you personally.
Be nice.
Unlike some who don't get it, sharktrager realizes that a hitpiece on a whistleblower and puff piece on Hillary can be just as important as a real investigative report. It gives us the opportunity to answer. Dan Rather's phony national guard story gave us the opportunity to not only stop that story but to send Danny Boy packing.
While Tom Delay is twisting in the wind, the GOP now has some ammunition that it can use. Sharktrager, a brilliant political analyst, knows well that probably not even 10% of GOP congressmen and senators knew much about or paid attention to Hillary's FEC fraud. It has now appeared in the WASHINGTON POST. Maybe some of them are going to want to no more. Maybe more citizens are going to be calling the office of the U.S. attorney and demanding that they investigate this fraud.
Don't be shy, sharktrager, stand up and take a bow. Way to go.
"Hillary doesn't have be convicted. She just has to be sufficiently bloodied to keep her out of the White House. "
Totally correct.
Consider Kerry in 2004.
135,000 votes made the difference.
Swift Boat Vets worth much more than that, despite being frozen out of main media.
Any cut on Hillary could make the difference.
Thanks a lot for the post. For someone living on the other side of the waters, with a media that delivers even less real news than the US MSM, the FreeRepublic is a breath of fresh air. And the digging that you and others do makes it into a real treat to read.
Of course the WasPo article was (or tried to be) a whitewash of the Clintons. However, what you an almost everyone else on this thread (except Yellow Rose of Texas) seems to miss is that even if one reads the article uncritically the one thing that strikes one is the sleaze.
To quote YRT "did the Clintons [ever] do business with anyone who was/is not a criminal?"
What this article does (maybe unintentionally) is to remind people of the criminality, scandals and downright sleaze that always have sorrounded the Clintons. Even if HRC once again is able to skate from a federal crime charge just to remind people of her dirty past is probably enough to hurt her badly in upcoming Dim primaries (pace Southack).
When I read this story I couldn't help thinking about the queen's necklace (Marie Antoinette) or the sleaze surrounding the last tsar (Rasputin etc). In the end it was the scandals that undercut the popularity of those royals and was an underlying factor in their untimely demise.
Hopefully these last scandals will finally bring the Clintons' political ambitions to an end.
Good luck with giving this story some real legs.
Regards,
ScaniaBoy
I believe the media will help her with those wounds. They feel she has to get back in the W H to make America right again, and of course to get the rest of the silverware.
That's er,....pretty unappealing.
Very impressive home page.
Thanks for all your work on these threads! What a lot of work. Pinging all the gang....
You have FReepmail, doug.
Thanks for the link.
All very interesting, but it will take a whole lot more to get the attention of the Clinton loving MSM and the LAW.
These Arkansas Grifters are pros. They are slipping and sliding their way back into the WH. They want to take back your country.
