For those with HBO (and who can stomach Maher's nauseating spiel), Coulter will be on with Andrew Sullivan, and... Ben Affleck! Ahem. Anyway...
I listen to Medved pretty much every day. I don't know if they're social friends; I've never heard him mention her in that context.
I know he would take strong issue with Ann's attitude about this nominee. He's telling people who oppose Bush on this to "grow up".
I know, but she's out of her element here. I watched her once on Maher way back when. Chris Rock went on a riff, droppping a lot of f-bombs. Ann wouldn't play that game and didn't seem to know how to respond either......
I tried, but couldn't take it. Besides, the Yankees - Angels game is on, and the Angels are beating the Yankees 9-6. Sweet!
When somebody treats Ben "Forrest Gump" Affleck as a serious guest, you know where they're coming from.
Yes the RvW comment was hers. She comes across, to me, as nothing more than a snob.
"Her snarky, snotty remarks about the POTUS in her latest column must have had DU cheering her on..."
Unlike liberals, conservatives criticize their own when they think they're wrong.
Ronaldus Magnus said we shouldn't do that, that we should adopt a "no enemies to the right" stance, but that seems to threaten conflicts with integrity.
"OK, Coulter says Bush nominated the "cleaning lady." She also got applause for saying the Republican base has turned against Bush."
That "cleaning lady" remark is absolutely uncalled for. I'm surprised Ann Coulter has descended to this level - is she, like Bill Kristol, just disappointed that the President didn't consult her?
Fifty posts and no pictures? Shame!
She has gone down a notch in my book now.
She turns up on Drudge's radio show periodically, and usuallly for the better part of an hour. She also appeared at CPAC with Matt for a Q-and-A session last winter.
Ann deserves a pie in the face for that cleaning lady remark. What a chump...stooping down to lefty level. She is losing me fast.
That's what I was about to say. Both stupid, squacking dunderheads that are all show and no substance.
"Is it just me, or does Maher more and more resemble a garden gnome?"
Damn good assessment. Couldn't quite put my finger on it but that sums it up--maybe even a troll or hobbit.
Seems that way unfortunately. Laura Ingram seems to have decided on the same sorta path. Both too into the povarotti lately. Sad sigh.
Sorry to hear her speaking like this in this forum (Maher's show I mean). She's only giving fuel to the moonbats...... Thanks Ann!
Beautiful, intelligent, born with every advantage, but no heart and no scruples.
