Amazingly, not even Hillary Clinton could not stop it. The WASHINTON POST MAGAZINE on Sunday, October 9 is running an 8,000-word cover story about the largest campaign finance fraud on record. The fraud occured during the 2000 senate race between then First Lady Hillary Clinton and New York Congressman Rick Lazio.
According to the government prosecutor's own numbers in the criminal trial of David Rosen, entrepreneur Peter Paul was induced to spend in excess of $1.2 million on a series of fundraisers for Hillary Clinton that culminated with the largest private concert Hollywood had ever seen. Paul actually believes the number was approximately $1.9 million.
The "Hollywood Gala Salute to President Clinton" was a farewell tribute to Bill and a fundraiser for Hillary. Paul spent the money with the promise that the President would join his company, Stan Lee Media, as a goodwill ambassador after he left the White House. Bill, Hillary, and several others are defendants in Paul's unprecedented and historic civil lawsuit. That lawsuit is expected to reach a Los Angeles superior courtroom early in 2006. Witnesses will include some of Hollywood's elite.
Paul will be receiving a copy of the story on Saturday. He is not yet certain of the final content but has been told that "the Clintons are not going to like it." That does not necessarily mean, however, that it will be a figurative stake to the heart of Hillary. Paul is also expecting the usual attacks on him.
The story could create shockwaves in Washington. Paul is not entirely sure why the WASHINGTON POST is doing the story at this time. After the trial of David Rosen trial, interest in the story, such as it was, died off in the mainstream media. The trial in the civil suit is still months away.
The timing could not be better. As Tom Delay faces charges regarding a matter that may or may not actually be a crime, this story will be front and center. It involves a massive coverup at the very highest levels of the Democratic Party -- Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, former DNC chair and current governor Ed Rendell, and former DNC chair Terry McAuliffe.
With full knowledge, Hillary allowed three fraudulent reports to be submitted to the FEC. Despite all of Paul's efforts to force Hillary to correct the record and return the illegal contribution, Hillary has remained untouchable and above the law.
Paul is prepared for the attacks that will be coming from the Clinton machine. That is their standard operating procedure -- attack the messenger. It wouldn't matter if he were Attilla the Hun. The documents, witnesses, and other evidence will tell the story.
Although the Rosen trial generated very little interest with the mainstream media, the civil trial is expected to feature an overflowing courtroom. "Hillary Clinton, raise your right hand." For those who have been hoping that the Clintons would one day be brought to justice, those words will be music to their ears. A word of caution to those who really despise the Clintons. This is a civil trial. The Clintons will not end up in Gitmo.
SPECIAL NOTE: It is expected that the hard-hitting documentary INDICTING HILLARY will be released during the campaign of 2006. INDICTING HILLARY chronicles her massive campaign finance fraud, her continuing failure to obey the law, her refusal to amend three fraudulent reports, and the aiding and abetting of her criminal conduct by a former president, William Jefferson Clinton, a current governor/former DNC chairman, Ed Rendell, and the immediate past DNC chairman, Terry McAuliffe. Hillary, you'd better put some ice on that.
Thanks for fighting this fight! God bless and Godspeed!
What's wrong with being Attila the Hun? He's one of our guys! And wasn't he the one nice enough to endow a chair behind the Golden EIB microphone?
This will be in open court for all to see. It is actually not all that complicated. The campaign finance fraud was done in broad daylight. People will understand this time.
Good Job, dfu!

China launches first manned space flight Wed 15 October, 2003 02:07 BST BEIJING (Reuters) - China has launched its first manned space flight from the Gobi desert, Xinhua news agency says, in its bid to become the third country to put a man in orbit after the former Soviet Union and the United States. The Shenzhou V, or "Divine Ship V", was expected to orbit the Earth 14 times before returning after about 21 hours. Xinhua said the craft carried astronaut Yang Liwei, 38. The launch on Wednesday, 42 years after the Soviet Union put the first man into space, marked a milestone for China's secretive space programme, which analysts say has its sights set on a manned mission to the moon. |

Johnny Chung audio included above Mr. Chung has told us that the general told him the following: ''We really like your President. We hope he will be reelected. I will give you 300,000 U.S. dollars, and you can give it to your President and the Democrat party.'' Shortly after this Mr. Chung gave $35,000 to the DNC. Mr. Chung has told us that he was told other people were also giving money to ''do good things for China.'' One of the other people who was mentioned was Mark Middleton, a former high-level White House aide. He was told that Mark Middleton got a half a million dollars from a source that remains unclear. Mr. Middleton has taken the fifth with this committee. He has refused to talk to us. Johnny Chung has also told us that he was told that a Boeing representative from Hong Kong, a Mr. Young, was also working with the Chinese Government. We still haven't resolved who this is. Johnny Chung has informed us that he was told by another source that Charlie Trie asked the Chinese Government for $1 million to help the President. He'll testify that he saw the head of the United States consulate in Beijing take cash in exchange for visas. This is just outrageous. Did Mark Middleton get half a million dollars from the Chinese Government? If he did, what was it for? Did Charlie Trie try to get $1 million from the Chinese Government, and did he get it? We know that he got over $1 million from a Macau developer with close ties to China. JOHNNY CHUNG: FOREIGN CONNECTIONS, FOREIGN CONTRIBUTIONS HEARING

Here's hoping 'from your keyboard to God's ears'
Political coffin nails for hill'n'billy? Ping!
A.A.C.
I hope so. :)
The wicked prosper - but only for a season....
MEGA Bump!
Do you think that all of the above will keep NY State voters from voting for Clinton for Senator? NEVER!
"Hillary will be under oath in open court. That will be interesting."
Copy that! The worlds smartest woman in an unscripted roll. I continue to maintain that any prolonged unscripted dialog on her part will result in her shooting herself in the foot. She has managed successfully to control and set the parameters for all her media interviews thus far. As you indicate, her testimony will be "interesting", but the plaintiff's attorney must be prepared to play hardball.
We can only hope that Pirro has the guts to go after her and bloody her up enough.
Could you boil this down to 3 or less simple bullet points? How about a catchy slogan or chant?
Remember, slimy politicos/lawyers hide amidst obfuscation, nuance and a general emission of oral bilge.
by Mia T et al., 7.11.05 The book begins with a puzzle: How did the flower children fall for such a self-evident thug and opportunist? And it offers a possible hypothetical answer, which is that ''the Night Creature'' -- Nixon -- and his heirs and assigns could not ever possibly be allowed to be right about anything. When Eszterhas writes about Nixon, and his admirers like Lucianne Goldberg, he hits an overdrive button and summons the bat cave of purest evil. He hasn't read as much recent history as he thinks he has, or he would know that his forebears were mesmerized in precisely the same way to believe that Alger Hiss was framed. Thus does Nixon inherit an undeserved and posthumous victory. If by chance we ever elect a bent and unscrupulous Republican president, he or she will have a whole new thesaurus of excuses, public and ''private,'' with which to fend off impeachment. These ''bipartisan'' excuses will have been partly furnished by the ''nonjudgmental'' love generation. If Eszterhas had had the guts to face this fact, he could have written a book more like ''F.I.S.T.'' instead of ''Sliver.'' Christopher Hitchens |
Plus, anyone who runs for president does come under a lot of additional scrutiny. People like Gary Hart and John Kerry forgot that. Even though the MSM is routing for her, they have competition who will force them to do at least part of what they need to do to look at her background. The press likes a good campaign fight to keep it interesting for them and they need to sell papers. This is good news. Thanks for staying on the story.
Probably not. But perhaps the public might notice the double standard between how Delay and Hillary are treated - such a thing could have an effect.
I would also think that Freeh's new book is not going to help them. There are very serious charges out there building up against the Clintons going into this campaign season. While I know that they have a teflon reputation, they are like nocturnal animals. They run from the light.
