GALA CONCERT
BREAKING STORY FROM OCT. 3
Amazingly, not even Hillary Clinton could not stop it. The WASHINTON POST MAGAZINE on Sunday, October 9 is running an 8,000-word cover story about the largest campaign finance fraud on record. The fraud occured during the 2000 senate race between then First Lady Hillary Clinton and New York Congressman Rick Lazio.
According to the government prosecutor's own numbers in the criminal trial of David Rosen, entrepreneur Peter Paul was induced to spend in excess of $1.2 million on a series of fundraisers for Hillary Clinton that culminated with the largest private concert Hollywood had ever seen. Paul actually believes the number was approximately $1.9 million.
The "Hollywood Gala Salute to President Clinton" was a farewell tribute to Bill and a fundraiser for Hillary. Paul spent the money with the promise that the President would join his company, Stan Lee Media, as a goodwill ambassador after he left the White House. Bill, Hillary, and several others are defendants in Paul's unprecedented and historic civil lawsuit. That lawsuit is expected to reach a Los Angeles superior courtroom early in 2006. Witnesses will include some of Hollywood's elite.
Paul will be receiving a copy of the story on Saturday. He is not yet certain of the final content but has been told that "the Clintons are not going to like it." That does not necessarily mean, however, that it will be a figurative stake to the heart of Hillary. Paul is also expecting the usual attacks on him.
The story could create shockwaves in Washington. Paul is not entirely sure why the WASHINGTON POST is doing the story at this time. After the trial of David Rosen trial, interest in the story, such as it was, died off in the mainstream media. The trial in the civil suit is still months away.
The timing could not be better. As Tom Delay faces charges regarding a matter that may or may not actually be a crime, this story will be front and center. It involves a massive coverup at the very highest levels of the Democratic Party -- Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, former DNC chair and current governor Ed Rendell, and former DNC chair Terry McAuliffe.
With full knowledge, Hillary allowed three fraudulent reports to be submitted to the FEC. Despite all of Paul's efforts to force Hillary to correct the record and return the illegal contribution, Hillary has remained untouchable and above the law.
Paul is prepared for the attacks that will be coming from the Clinton machine. That is their standard operating procedure -- attack the messenger. It wouldn't matter if he were Attilla the Hun. The documents, witnesses, and other evidence will tell the story.
Although the Rosen trial generated very little interest with the mainstream media, the civil trial is expected to feature an overflowing courtroom. "Hillary Clinton, raise your right hand." For those who have been hoping that the Clintons would one day be brought to justice, those words will be music to their ears. A word of caution to those who really despise the Clintons. This is a civil trial. The Clintons will not end up in Gitmo.
SPECIAL NOTE: It is expected that the hard-hitting documentary INDICTING HILLARY will be released during the campaign of 2006. INDICTING HILLARY chronicles her massive campaign finance fraud, her continuing failure to obey the law, her refusal to amend three fraudulent reports, and the aiding and abetting of her criminal conduct by a former president, William Jefferson Clinton, a current governor/former DNC chairman, Ed Rendell, and the immediate past DNC chairman, Terry McAuliffe. Hillary, you'd better put some ice on that.

I spoke with the Chief prosecutor at the Rosen criminal trial, Peter Zeidenberg, and asked what the Office of Public Integrity was planning to do about the real culprits who orchestrated then covered up and obstructed the federal investigation about my million dollar plus contributions to Hillary's campaign. Zeidenberg was non commital depending on the Rosen outcome (the jury hadnt returned yet). But since the trial it seems clear that the Justice Department has no interest in enforcing the numerous statutes and regulations that were violated by the Clintons, Ed Rendell, Andrew Grossman and others in connection with the largest campaign finance fraud on record. Unless the civil trial builds a fire too intense to ignore, as it did in the Rosen prosecution, then the government will do nothing to hold anyone else accountable.
It should be clearly understood, as corroborated on the www.hillcap.org site, that it was Hillary's campaign treasurer, Andrew Grossman who signed the three fraudulent FEC return NOT David Rosen. Grossman had the legal duty to investigate all contributions and expenditures and file accurate reports. At Rosen's trial, when evidence was uncontested that all three reports signed and filed by Grossman were false, Grossman testified he had no intention of correcting them, even though the law demands that the reports be corrected as soon as information is discovered showing they are false.
Hillary knew clearly by late July, 2001, about my contributions, and as the candidate she had a duty to ensure her reports were correct. Instead of filing an amended report as requested by the FEC, she enabled a third false report to be filed perpetuating the fraud with her and her lawyer david Kendall's complicity. (Kendall was working on a response to my civil suit naming Hillary as a defendant, when the third and final fake report was filed with the FEC July 30, 2001.

Hillary will be under oath in open court. That will be interesting.

The discovery process in the civil suit Paul v William Jefferson Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton,David Rosen et al (www.hillcap.org) will enable us to subpoena the Reggie tapes to use in the civil case. That is when we should hear all the inside info Rosen was dishing on the Clintons and the DNC.

Hey Doug,
Maybe you can pull some strings and bring that Earle character, the Travis County, Texas DA, to indict Hillary on campaign finance chicanery?
Just a thought!

Do you know if The Times-Picayune has a copy of the tape or do they have a copy of the transcripts?
