When I read FR I see a lot of people wallowing in vengeance. I see a lot of people glorifying and advocating for war. I see people consumed with bloodlust and calls for executions. I see a lot of people who seem to think Jesus was concerned only about sex. I see people who don't follow his teachings. I see people who are almost totally in opposition to the main teachings of Jesus.
So I ask you: what if you have it all wrong?
It's kinda hard to find liberal stuff in the Hebrew Bible, for all the reputation of Jews as screaming Lefties and chr*stians as Merciless Slayers of Heathens. Ironic, huh?
