Senator Allen was on Tony Snow's radio program this morning. Allen said all his calls received were negatives on Miers. He said he hadn't decided but his callers are opposed to her.

I can't decide either. I'm hearing those who oppose her, and those who support her...and I just can't figure it out.

Make your cases, people.

Allen said all his calls received were negatives on Miers. He said he hadn't decided but his callers are opposed to her.

And he should totally disregard those calls because not one single one of those people have heard a single answer to a single question yet. The pronouncements of people who jump to conclusions should not be considered in a matter this important.

What has happened to America where a person is limited according to the school they attended. What ever happened to the country that judges people according to their merits? We don't know her merits yet.

Here are some groups supporting her:

Several groups, including National Right to Life, Focus on the Family, and the Christian Coalition, American Center for Law & Justice, have endorsed Miers' nomination after reports surfaced showing she's pro-life.

That's the only thing that changes anything. Remember Republican senators with future careers to think about... if they vote for Miers and she turns out to be a Souter in size 6 shoes, they THEIR careers will be sunk.

For example, Pataki didn't can the anti-American 9/11 memorial until he got so many calls that he knew it would be more politically beneficial to can it then to keep it. It's all about politics.

Cavuto and Gibson said on Fox that their calls and Emails were decidedly positive for Miers.

Time for Sen. Allen to get some balls and be a man: don't be ruled by hysterical whiners who are worked up to a frenzy by media elitists; use your own good judgement.
