Makes sense to me...to not offend Muslims at work by banning pig-related items.
After all, they also need a way to work at their jobs, and bring home the BACON.
(/snicker)
OH POOH-PING! {N'yuk-n'yuk!}
P.C. by the C.O.D.-P.R.O.P.* in the U.K. run amok.
Notorious P.I.G.s banned from office to keep followers of paedophile false prophet comfortable...
while worthless women in burkhas prostrate themselves before oppressive black-hearted moon-god rock praying for mercy that will only come the day they renounce islam.
Did I stutter? I didn't mean to...
Did I fail to adequately insult the *Cult Of Death-Phony Religion Of Peace? I didn't mean to...nobody's perfect!
Capitulation is for {some} women without men, and men without big brass ones.
A.A.C.
"Let the Final Crusade commence!"
"people that cannot stand the sight of a pig. "
they dont like to see their superiors is all
I want to know when the British women will start covering their bodies and faces in public, stop driving, and allow themselves to be beaten by their husbands at will.
I wish someone would try that in my office. I'd plaster my walls with pigs, crosses, and Stars of David.
If anyone suggested eating Piglet, many more people would be offended! (i.e., children and Winnie the Pooh fans, not Muslims)
These employees probably are not eating their beloved polyester stuffed toys or porcelain figurines, and in fact those toys probably never touched a real hog, so why is there any offense?
Maybe the Muslims will join the Vegans in demanding a prohibition on leather goods, since some are made from pigskin.
Not pooh bear...piglet..thing...
(it's Monday for sure!)
Wow, a town without a mosque..now that's what I call homeland security..
"Through stories of Pooh and Piglet, the English speaking West passes on some of our values to the next generation. Pooh and Piglet are symbols on cribs and in nurseries."
When my son was born, a few months ago, my Mom sent us my copy of "Now we are Six", which I got for Christmas when I was two years old.
Someone needs to put a stop to this nonsense.
Absolutely! And congrats! They grow up so quickly, my son, now in his teens, and I enjoyed hours of Piglet and Pooh, among others.
I suggest emailing the Dudley councillors directly, as they could reverse this decision if they get enough negative feedback. (Myself and several people at Free Britannia have emailed them some criticism too). The website for Dudley Council is: http://www.dudley.gov.uk/
