The explosion happened at the courtyard near the George Lynn Cross Hall, Botany-Microbiology Building on OU's campus, which is west of the stadium, according to Sgt. Gary Robinson of the University police department. The explosion happened during the second quarter of Oklahoma's game against Kansas State. After the explosion, police set up a perimeter of several blocks and made fans exit the stadium to the east.

That's how we got into the show years ago....when you could stay all day. We came in the exit door when the movie was letting out. We saved a dime....Wow....But it bought an ice cream cone back then. Big Wow!!

You must have gone to a Div. III or an NAIA school. A quick Google shows that the stadium holds over 75,000.
Brother-in-law had tularemia about 20yrs ago...very sick for about 10 days. He was misdiagnosed twice before they finally realized what he had...then his recovery was fairly swift. OK has quite a few cases every year, mostly hunters or avid outdoor types.
There has been much speculation here about nationality but that will come out. What our government would really not want us to know is, that a suicide bomber came into the country illegally through our southern border. The politicians who have sold this nation out, would rather have a suicide bomber come through legal channels under the noses of homeland security than admit that the lack of political will to police our borders is in fact our greatest danger.

after 9/11 it was that way....but it has slipped since then.
Hmmm.....KWCH did a better job. Even interviewed an OU cameraman who saw the smoke from the bomb. Mentioned another device was found and detonated.

IMHO, insufficient evidence, but good basis for investigators to publically announce it as an isolated event, while rigorously investigating all angles of this in the background.
Many campus' are fairly vacant in the Sci/engr buildings during ball games or other social events. A handful of grad students working aren't conspicuous. Prime time for either an alienated individual to become overly depressed and seek a suicide opportunity unimpeded by outsiders, or other ulterior motives.
On the other hand it might also be a good time to use, misuse, or intrude into facilities with minimal risk.
