Yes but Abu Ghraib photos guaranteed to cause the killing of US soldiers? That's guaranteed by our constitution!

Exactly. What, only those wearing pink panties should be released?

And what recourse did surviving family member have against Newsweak magazine for printing bogus Koran-in-the-toilet stories?
Newsweak said 'Oops!' and that was about it.

Don't be convicted of prostitution, and you won't have your picture posted. Next difficult question?

"...the photos are degrading not only to the individual, but the person's family, friends and employer." So is prostitution. Maybe if social degenerates had a little more shame, there'd be a lot less crime.

ACLU Objects to Posting Photos of Those Convicted of ProstitutionDamn it, then why do they keep posting them?
Don't like abortions don't have one. Don't like pictures of whores, stop looking...
To: Jay777
I think we should post pictures of all the ALCU lawyers and activits, sort by location, with notes on cases they have supported.

Man, you cannot make this stuff up. According to the ACLU, the public has a right to see more pictures taken almost two years ago of terrorists with panties on their heads, but not to see pictures of known prostitutes and their clients.

Delaware ACLU Executive Director Drew Fennell said public humiliation should not be used as a law enforcement tactic. They aren't.
They are TRYING to, but it is patently impossible to humiliate those who have no shame.

Isn't it strange they don't want a criminal prostitutes picture to be released to the public, but could care less about releasing photos that could endanger our troops?Yes, isn't it strange? I'm not surprised at all really. The ACLU prefers to protect criminals but couldn't care less about our troops.

On the basis that there is more than one form of prostitution, I think that the ban should be extended to pictures of all ACLU members.
To: Jay777
Well, the page *is* kinda helpful for some of the public...the photos will help let sex workers and johns know who isn't an undercover cop, and improve commerce (and nothing sells better to the Gnomes of Wilmington than commerce! ;-). But they could make it a bit user-friendly if the purveyors' street names, location of offenses, rates they were charging, etc., were posted, too.

I think we ought to take a page from those people who were posting personal info and pictures of abortion doctors on the internet, complete with "wanted for harassment" or some such a thing printed with them, see if we can piss them off

We are on the same wave length. The only pics these Marxists want published are conservative "criminals" or our military "torturing" terrorists.

The ACLU is opposed to public shame of johns but they want to publicly shame our military? Yeah, that's a principled position on humiliation. sarcasm>
