Hmmm.... she had Libby's release a year ago, so what has changed??? Did she come to learn that Fitzgerald would keep her in jail forever, or did she just need a limited amount of jail time to burnish her credentials for a celebrity speaking tour? When will we know what she tells the GJ? If it hurts the administration it will be leaked right away, but if her testimony cuts against Joe Wilson, Valerie Plame, or anyone else dear to the 'Rats then this will probably drag on a lot longer.
What may have changed is she and the other reporter didnt consider the releases that the special prosecutor got Rove and Libby to sign as being true releases. The guy at Time received verbal release from Rove stating it was not coerced. Probably same now with Scotter Libby. Only thing that is strange is why now rather than three months ago?
This is no coincidence. Dems are looking for a "trifecta" here (DeLay, Frist, Rove). This is a full-court press, meant to blitz the media with more "bad" news for Republicans.
Isn't this GJ disbanded in October? The DUmmies have been frothing at the mouth, waiting for Fitzgerald to come down with an indictment AT LEAST against Rove. If Miller was going to testify at all, it would have to be before the GJ disbands. I may be mistaken, but wouldn't she be released when the GJ disbanded? If so, the timing is VERY suspicious. Plus, she got her release from Scooter's office a year ago.

She stayed in jail long enough to get a deal with Fitzgerald
to only testify about sources in the Bush administration.
