I was thinking the same thing. I have not been here long enough to have a really good handle on what they'll do tho.
I'm just glad my Rep is not a Senator instead. I hang my head in shame about him all the time.

Let's hope that Jim Burling was wrong about Roberts perspective on property rights, as he wrote in that article.
Many in Florida have done well, very well, off of abusing the property rights of the citizenry. When a Liberal like Nelson votes for a man who shares Jeb's view that we have enough property rights protections already, I get acutely nervous.
But, the brothers Bush seem to have a much better understanding of politics than I or the Democrats have.
Wouldn't it be nice if Roberts was more of an originalist than his action in Nevada indicated?
