For the freedom you enjoyed yesterday...
Thank the Veterans who served in The United States Armed Forces.
Looking forward to tomorrow's freedom?
Support The United States Armed Forces today!
Good Morning TROOPS!! What's your most detested TV Ad? Some tv ads are really funny; for example, the Vonage ads crack me up, because they are so stupid.
Many TV ads are very irritating, I'm sure you agree. Soooo, I ask the question of you "Where's the Beef" with you?
My particular bane is; A couple in their kitchen, the happy wife is chopping veggies hubby is at the table reading the paper, or day dreaming. Mrs. takes the chopped veggies, dumps them into the garbage disposal, runs the motor to chop the veggies,
THEN she scoops out the minced mess and serves it to hubby! Gads, this is gastly!
Okay, here's you chance to rant about your most detested TV Commerical.
Let's have some fun with this! Post a picture (if you can find it), or tell us about your least favorite product.
Just a couple of goodies. Birthday Anniversary.
1907 Gene Autry Tioga Tx, cowpoke/singer/actor/Calif Angels owner.
1922 Lizabeth Scott Scranton, Pa, actress (Dark City, Desert Fury)
On this day. 1963 Rolling Stones 1st tour (opening act for Bo Diddley & Everly Bros)
Beep Beep I like Beep Beep, it allows me to FReep!

A day late Mayor, but I'm glad you are going to do the write in. Maybe you can stir the pot some more for the party leadership and get some of the complacent majority up off their butts to vote.

You are most welcome. Sending prayers that you accomplish more than is necessary to shake "them" to their very toes.

Hi Ben.....please thank your Pop for his service to our country. I did, a long time ago. He knows that I still honor him.
I was the only one of 6 sons to even consider going into the military. I think that meant a lot to him. He knows that I recognized that he was protecting our freedom.
I was bit of a gearhead in HS and wanted to fly jets, so I asked him which military branch had the best pilots. He said go to the Naval Academy.
After a long admission process, the Naval Academy decided I didn't make the cut (failed the color blind test).
I didn't do it for Pop, I did it because I wanted to serve (and kill the most bad guys).
But I was too much of an egotist to go any other way than the best of the best, so I'm a civilian. We all have our failures.
Such is life.
WooHoo! The Red Sox won!

6 sons? Your poor Mom. LOL!! But what a great job she did, all that time that your Pop was serving overseas. Were you all in one place, or did you see lots of the world.
Color blind could be an issue.
