Apparently this "Earle" has even handed out transcripts of his comments. I suspect that this case is over before it begins due to that fact alone.

Regardless of how the case plays out, a lot of damage was done with the indictment. So the Demonrats win on that basis.
Remember when the top NBC? guy was caught on tape saying that troops in Iraq were shooting at journalists? Man I wish someone would appear with a tape of this.
Jay Sekulow was on Hannity and said that such remarks could get him disbarred in most states on ethics violations.
I would like to find the video or audio of Ronnie Earle talking at this fundraiser. Wonder if anybody has a copy of it.
Ronnie Earle is a jerk, no doubt about it, but I wonder how much of a hand How-weird Dean has had in this. Remember, The Screamer has gone out of his way to trash Tom DeLay on numerous occasions.
