...car accident delayed the planned sentencing...Silvia Johnson had pleaded guilty to hosting sex and alcohol parties for underage students.
Johnson was involved in the car accident Sunday evening. State troopers said Johnson and 4 children, ranging in age from 11 to 14, were in the car. Investigators said an unlicensed 14-year-old was driving the car.
...The driver tried to make a lane change, lost control, went off the interstate and rolled once. One of the children was thrown from the car. Only the 14-year-old driver was wearing a seatbelt according to the state patrol.
All 5 people were taken to the hospital. Four were reported to have serious injuries.
Johnson could face up to 58 years in prison after pleading guilty in July to sexual assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Prosecutors say Johnson held the parties at her home nearly every month from October 2003 to October 2004, because she wanted her daughter's friends to think of her as a "cool mom."

Does the stupid never end?
Stuck on Stupid...
Friends don't let friends' children drive drunk.
Speechless here. People like her should have been sterilized prior to childbearing years!
A prime example of how not to parent. She needs to be in jail.
as opposed to a "licensed 14-year-old?"
Obviously the government should be making laws to fix this problem...
/sarcasm
Wow. There's just no end to the amount of "cool" she is.
Just bury this stupid c**t UNDER THE PRISON.
A woman like her could turn me into a wife-beater....
Yup. Pathologically so.
You win, thread's over.
It worked...she wound up in the cooler.
Used to be, in FL, you could get a license to drive at 14, if you were with an adult.
Paging Dr. Darwin. Dr. Charles Darwin, please pick up the white courtesy phone.
