They now say nobody was stabbed or cut and those 6 died of natural causes (with exception to the suicide). Well, I recall seeing a news video on CNN showing several bodies in the SD or Convention Center, covered with sheets and blood on the floor and the sheets! The reporter said the bodies were mutilated and at that time, they didn't know if the people had been cut before or after death. I didn't read EVERY word of this article, but what I skimmed over, I didn't see mention of this. Did CNN totally stage that (entirely possible) or did it really happen? As I said, I DID see blood and bloody sheets.
There was one suicide at the Dome -- a guy who jumped from one of the upper decks. That tends to make for a lot of mess.

Beats me. There were a number of babies born in the midst of all this. That would result in bloody sheets, and I don't doubt that people were injured, though not killed. That results in blood, too.
I watched little of the TV coverage. I can't stomach CNN and FOX was getting on my nerves last week, too.
Those deaths, from what I've read, did NOT occur in the Convention Center or the Superdome. In the absence of police presence there were several murders in NO, not unlike any other weekend in the city. There were rival gangs who were killing each other, and I daresay a murder or two, the idea of which had been festering, which found a convenient situation.
