They should return ONLY after the mayor has moved HIS family back into New Orleans.

We're talking about people who are mobile. We're not asking people to come back who have a lot of kids, a lot of senior citizens,'' he said. "That's going to be the reality of New Orleans moving forward.''

Having given this guy every benefit of the doubt, I can now say with convicion that he is beyond stuck on stupid.

New Orleans voter shortage, where did I put them buses.

If you ask me you can easily get Section-8 housing somewhere else, I think that is the problem.

I hope he's advising all who return to make sure and bring the bathing suits. Scuba gear would be in order too...

Ah, yes. The Mayor is living in Texas, now, isn't he? Yet he wants to shepahrd the people back into contaminated waters in NO from the safety of his new home.

Does he know what he is talking about? NO!

He is inviting young and middle-age folks who don't have children. Is he recruiting an army? Or a forced labor pool? This guy cannot put two sentences together and emit a cohesive thought.

What is his hurry? He should have been in that much of a hurry to get the people OUT as he is to have them come back. Come back to what? Floods, destroyed homes? Water all over the place? What's wrong with that man????? Maybe he's afraid the people WON'T WANT to come back.

Exactly. Set the example Mayor. You know the old saying about how the troops follow the leader to hell because they know he will get them back safe and sound? Well, set the example and bring your family back Mayor. That would show the rest of the people that you are sincere. What? Can't bring your family back right now? When then? Just tell us when and then the rest of the people will follow? What's that Mayor? I can't hearrrrrrrrrrrr you!!!!!!
