"Whats the deal with La.?"

I think that SW LA learned from SE LA as to what NOT to do.....do the exact opposite of whatever it was they did. :-) Calcesieu Parish, which borders TX, is catching it pretty good. They're saying 15 foot surge which would do some damage/flooding in Lake Charles. Beth is lucky that she left. Already 90 mph winds. Not good but not nearly as bad as it could have been, even for LA. Could have been a lot worse than it is.

Since we have Drumbo and WestVirginiaRebel working hard, we all might as well play.

Here's a question before midnight that I would love to hear an answer to:
Okay! More than one!

1. Name the first song that you can recall hearing on the radio.

2. What is your current favorite song?

3. If you could ask the Canteen Deejays to play one artist or band more often, who would it be?

That should keep everyone busy for about 10 minutes.

Can't wait to hear your answers.

This is going to be a long night. Oh well!! It's Friday night! What can I say??

*HUGS* to all!!

In the Kingwood area. NE Houston. They have a BIG ditch out back between them and the next neighborhood over, an arroyo I believe it is called. They've never seen it full.

Geez Sal, You mean there's no one to impede the entrances to liquor stores and 7-11s. Those reporters are going to run rampant after their shows end.(Except for the camera crews, who'll be shooting footage for tomorrow's broadcast.)
